Excellent blower. Dewalt batteries last a long time. Cleaned our garage, driveway, and sidewalk (corner lot) and still had plenty of juice left over. Powerful! Very satisfied.

My wife wanted one of these because I was down and out following a knee replacement. So, this was hers and she loves it. It's good for the garage and driveway but battery power is very limited (but that's why it's so lightweight)! We chose this model because we had two other Dewalt battery operated tools with the same battery. Glad we did because we can use the other two batteries during peak leaf blowing season. Note, we still have a massive gas powered Stihl blower for the rest of the yard (acres) that need blowing. Machine is dependable and so very easy to move around. It just can't do everything unless you have a very small yard footprint that needs blowing.

Ok I just received this 3/5/24 I charged the battery all the way and used it 3 cars to blow water off and on rims and grills. The 20v 5 hour battery that came with it died. I put in a fully charged 20 v 2 hr battery and it killed that 1 in 4 minutes. I'm going to charge them again and give her another shot. I has good power when a fresh battery is put in on it but after a few minutes it kills the battery so far not impressed. May have to return.I am adding to my first review. I purchased a 2nd 20v 5AH battery. When it came in it had 1 bar on the battery life indicator. I charged it and it showed charged in 20 minutes. That didn't seem right so I took it off the charger and reinsert it and the indicator showed it wasnt charged yet. I left it longer and it fully charged later. I did the same to the first battery and it made a difference. The batteries are lasting longer and the blower itself is working as advertised and I am giving it a much deserved 5 stars now. I actually don't believe in giving a great review within a week of receiving a product. It takes a bit to make sure it works correctly to give a good review. This is a good product in my opinion noe that I have used it worked out the kinks.

I can't say anough good things about this little blower! I bought it with an extra battery. It is light and so easy to use. Before this, we had a backpack gas blower and a plug-in electric blower. We never used either often enough, because (for different reasons) they were difficult to use. With the 2 batteries, I can easily blow my roof, all the paths in my yard, my deck, my driveway and street, the whole area across the street, and my lawn in minutes. We have a LOT of huge trees. During the fall, I used this blower every day to keep up with the quantity of leaves. Now that fall is over, I use it about twice per week to keep everything looking perfect (I have 2 puppies). This has kept my deck and pool deck from getting stained by the oak leaves. And we are using our winter garden more when it looks so clean and nice. I can't wait for the warm weather! Buy this. You won't be sorry!Update: The battery permanently died in 12 months. I feel like that it a really short life for such an expensive battery. I still love the blower, but I'm disappointed in the battery and the fact that it has no warranty.

Used it at home after cutting grass it works very good. I bought this to use at camp sites. Last year I did not have a blower while camping under tall pines. My rig had pine debris all over the roof. I used a broom but would’ve liked a blower so I bought this one. I will use it to clean a camp site before pulling in the rig. It’s light, has good force, no cord, works as long as I need to use the blower. It needs charged after each use. The indicator on the battery will show how much charge is left. I do like that. This blower will be great for my intended use at camp sites. Also a great tool at home.
