The product at first glance looked very nice and was very comfortable. However, that changed as time went on. Rust started to develop on the table and chairs in unusual places. The wicker also melted in a couple locations, and has torn in others.

These chairs are great for the price!! So much so, Im ordering a second setSturdy and fold up easyThe adjustable backing is greatThey’re average size, not wide but they work nicely!!The pad isnt thick and the material isnt super soft but they’re comfortable and if that material annoys you, throw a towel or extra blanket down and they’re perfectI believe with proper care they should lastOverall, I’m very happy with these

We love these loungers! They come fully assembled ready to open and use. Just attach the pad to the chair by tying it on to the legs and VOILA. Very stylish and comfortable

Height is perfect. Super easy to assemble pretty much no work. Color as described and quality is great! My daughters can now lounge in or out of water!

The lounge chairs were very easy to assemble and looked cute all set up. The seat cushions are not very thick but even without the cushion the seats are comfortable.However, as soon as sat my 130 lb self down the chair broke. Fortunately my daughter's chair was in better condition. After flipping it over I noticed the piece was installed backwards which made it disconnect. The connectors are pretty flimsy so I am not sure how long these will last. The weaved material was loose also in many areas but primarily on the back of the lounge chairs where it's not visible. I like how they easily fold up and has an attached handle for easy carrying.I contacted the seller about the broken chair and after a few messages back and forth and sending numerous pictures she agreed to resend me a new chair with cushion and side table. I did check the connectors to make sure it was installed properly. So overall good purchase. 😊

Excellent customer service and value! It’s not often to shop from such a value-priced company with 4 star service. They corrected a simple issue with a loose screw beautifully within the amazon message system and were very responsive, once the defect was explained. The chairs were beautiful and comfortable and we must have just had a lemon set. Beautiful style and the fabric holds up to Arizona sun, which is more than any others we’ve had over the last 10 years here. Even after two monsoon dust storms with Arizona dust, they just spray clean and look new each time. We noticed the fabric still beads up after the history record heat (118 degrees) we’ve had this season. The ergonomic design is really nice and low profile. Thanks for the excellent customer service and styling!

UPDATE: THESE ARE GARBAGE, LITERALLY, THEY ARE GOING IN THE TRASH AFTER BARELY ANY USE. RUSTED THROUGH. GUESTS FELL OFF THEM WHEN THEY BROKE. SHARP EDGES WHEN THE PLASTIC FEET FALL OFF. THESE ARE DANGEROUS AND GOING IN THE TRASH.One of these chairs broke within 2 days of using them. I had a feeling the price was too good to be true. I've contacted the seller. Let's see how they respond.UPDATE: Changed from 3 to 4 starts. The seller reimbursed me $50 to buy a rivet gun and fix the chair that broke. I already had a rivet gun and rivets though :) so I'm happy they did that. Also, I went around and screwed all the screws in tighter. I believe that was the reason they broke. It boils down to poor quality control. I got beige and they get quite dirty sitting outside, but I need to do as another customer and get a spray bottle with bleach and hose them down. They will probably look like new. I don't trust the "wicker" though. I'll be surprised if these last more than one summer sitting out in the NC sun. I'm probably going to buy another set though as compared to similar chaise lounges, the price can't be beat.
