order started off a little rough but company promptly fixed.I ordered this product along with a few other car parts. the other parts was delivered fast and correctly this one on the other hand didn't arrive but was marked as delivered contacted the company and they didn't hesitate to ship me another and it arrived quickly.great company with great products!!

I ordered a rack and pinion for a 1999 Chevy tracker in 2018 by 2020 it stated leaking. They had to send me a replacement in 2020. Now in 2023 it starrted to leak at the same place as before. So I callerd the phone number listed on amazon it was NOT a working number. So I googled it an found the phone number and called them to see about getting a replacement for the LIFETIME Warranty. It didn;t took him long to find my order but he said I have to look at something. It took him 5 or 10 minutes to come back then tells me that the LIFETIME Warranty is only good for ONE TIME RETURNE. I have never heard of that on a LIFETIME Warranty. DO NOT buy a rack and pinion from them buy a new one you will do better in the long run!!!!!!!

Great part. Came fast and as advertised with the outer tie rod ends. Looks like an original part, I suspect it is a refurbished factory unit. Also comes with new little teflon o-rings you need to hook it up to the pump. I installed this on a 2006 Mustang GT (s197). Installation was a real pain, but that is not the products fault, it's just a pain to pull one of these without a lift and good air tools, but it can be done.

So far so good - Received the unit quickly and it fit the vehicle as promised and working great. No leaks or problems. You have to return the core to activate the lifetime warranty but since there was a pre-paid mailing label in the box, it was just a matter of putting the old unit back into the box and dropping it at UPS. Since I dropped this off yesterday, I have not received any confirmation on the lifetime warranty yet. So far, I can not find anything wrong with this unit.
