Second (replacement) axle showed up in destroyed box that is too small to fit the axle. the front threaded end was all the way thru the box, hub nut missing and the threads all dinged up. Very surprising from Detroit Axle who normally have quality products.

The boots were jacked up after installing them they crimped up and I asked for new boots and they wouldn’t help me unless I sent the whole thing back but it was installed and too much trouble to take off and do again. When they could have just sent me a boot

Boot ripped after 100 miles. Wouldn’t warranty because a “certified” installer didn’t install it. Junk. Stay away. Don’t need to be certified to take off 9 bolts.

I’m all for giving credit where credit is due these are a substandard product with substandard customer service. installed product Have had on approximately two months boot already ripped and slung grease everywhere called customer service they said they would be happy to send me a new one for cost of shipping which was conveniently $40 had this been a six month or a year old product product wouldn’t had too much issues with it but with only having for 1000 miles on it is inexcusable better off going to local parts Store so even if you do have a problem with theirs it’s a lot easier to return/warranty
