While this is a lot smaller than I expected based on the product photos, I still really like this tape dispenser -- particularly for the price. It's small and fits in the palm of your hand, so will be easier to store. The tape is fine -- I was a bit worried it would be poor quality based on some of the reviews, but no issues. I wouldn't say it's quite as good as the name brand, but it adheres well and does the job. No complaints. Particularly for the price, I'd recommend this mini tape dispenser.

The weighted, nonskid base keeps it steady during use, making it easy to tear off tape with one hand. It comes with six rolls of transparent tape, which is a great bonus — the tape itself is of good quality, sticking well without being too thin or flimsy. I really like its compact size. I don't have a lot of room on my desk so this tape dispenser is perfect. It is weighted and with a non-slip bottom. I also comes with 6 rolls of tape. The tape is not a quality tape but usable. Anywho, I specifically got it for the dispenser.

Just set-up this new tape dispenser and was surprised to see how small it is. That said, it is weighted and non-slip, but it’s simply not the “regular” size I’m used to. If you’re looking for a small desk footprint, it will certainly check that box. The aqua color is also trendy but definitely not neutral.The dispenser comes with six rolls of tape and that’s where we may have a problem. First, the tape is the cheaper transparent tape - more what we used to call cellophane tape. It appears to be the polypropylene type. I bought it thinking it was the “magic” type transparent tape. Second, although the core seems to be a standard 1” core, the width of the tape isn’t the standard 3/4” width. As noted in the product description, it is only 0.71” wide. That means I don’t know if I’ll be able to run to the local office supply house and get a standard tape refill that fits this dispenser. Seems odd that the manufacturer would short a tape roll by 0.04” regardless. It still means you’re not getting the industry standard 3/4” wide. Hence, the 3 star rating.

I’m in the process of decluttering and downsizing. Gradually. In small increments. This tape dispenser caught my eye not just because it’s a cute color but because the size and weight are so much more manageable than the old adult-size tape dispenser I’ve had for many years. It takes up less space in my office drawer, and I can easily pick it up with one hand. And it comes at a nice price point. Note that the “non-skid” base is not textured, and you are likely going to need to hold the dispenser in place when pulling off a length of tape. So, both hands. Not a deal killer for me.The gadget comes with six rolls of standard clear, transparent tape. I easily swapped in my preferred “magic, invisible” tape in a ¾” width.

This tape dispenser is cute. While it is sort of non-skid and has a nice weight for it's size, it's really too small and too light to not move when using it. I'm used to using both hands with my old, no longer sharp dispenser, so it's not a problem for me. I had an issue with the tape at first, it didn't stay stuck to the dispenser and I had to find the end again, but it hasn't happened again so maybe it was something I did. The tape sticks well and cuts easily. The small size means it fits on my small desk, a great advantage.

I got this to replace an existing tape dispenser that would not cut the tape. The bar was pretty low.So, this one does cut the tape. However, it also has a hard time keeping the roll in the holder. It keeps wanting to pop out when you pull on the tape. Maybe I can make some modifications to add a groove so it grips it better and doesn't pop out.For the price, it's not a bad dispenser, especially since it comes with 6 rolls of tape.

This desktop tape dispenser is just what we needed. Rather what my daughter needed. It’s compact size and light pink color suits her desk just fine. The non-skid grip on the bottom helps keep the dispenser in place when being used. I appreciate that it came with six full rolls of tape!! With her lessons and creative activities, she goes through a lot of tape! I won’t have to think about refills for a good while. The tape is clear with a good amount of stickiness. The dispenser blade is quite sharp and easy for her to cut the tape without hassle. Its tape setup is durable and made well for a busy preteen. It’s a fantastic buy that fulfills her needs perfectly!
