This is a nice little desk light. It doesn't reach far, so it's great for a smaller space, but the size of the light is very useful. We're using it for a puzzle table and it works very well. I wish the cord was longer and wasn't USB, but it works. We have not tested the phone holder.

Ive had this lamp for a while now and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance! The adjustable height and flexible lamp head make it incredibly versatile. Whether I'm working at my desk, crafting, or even just reading, I can position the light exactly where I need it. Unlike other lights that cast harsh shadows or glare, this one provides soft, even illumination, which has really helped reduce eye strain during long hours of work. This lamp arrived just in time for a holiday trip to use as a bedside lamp while away from home. It doesn't take up much space to pack if taken apart, and goes back together very easily, no instructions necessary, so this was perfect to use as a temporary bedside lamp/nightlight. It has multiple brightness settings, and 3 lighting colors, so it has a lot of functionality for multiple purposes beyond a streaming/video call light.As for its intended purpose of providing lighting for video calls, I have used this to do a few video streams as well, and it works fantastically for that purpose. It also has an optional phone mount that goes on the pole if you are wanting a place to secure your phone to record with/stream from, and that works very well also. I stream from my computer, so I am not using that feature, but I did test it, and it held my iPhone 14 pro max very securely. The mount was a tight fit at that size, but it worked, so it should suit that purpose as well.This plugs into a USB-A for power, and has a decent amount of cord length to position it where needed. The controls are very intuitive and easy to use and figure out. I did not need to look at the instructions for any of this, setup or use.Overall, I am impressed with this lamp and am very glad I chose this model. It does everything I wanted it to do, and then some.
