I had the vinyl on my wall, but it just would not erase and looked awful. So, I bought this. It was smaller than I expected, and wanted, but it works. It makes the spot look more efficiently used and doesn't look overcrowded. Not the best since you need actual chalk for it, but hey, makes you feel like that 90s kid again!

The only reason this is getting four stars instead of five is that it did not come with the four magnets the description says it would. Otherwise, I think it is a nice looking chalkboard/magnetic board.

So far so good. Magnetic enough. I did not expect to hang heavy stuff on it. I mounted it to a door so screwed right through the "like wood" frame. Very handsome peice.I will update if something goes wrong. Otherwise enjoy.

I use this board daily with liquid chalk markers for work. Hangs perfectly in a small part of a wall that would otherwise not be utilized. Wipes clean with chalk marker spray and a cloth and looks great. Would buy again.
