This DERNORD stainless sanitary fitting consists of 4 components,1pc adjustable tri clamp ,1pc viton gaskets and 2 pcs weld ferrules.
The clamp of this fittings is adjustable, the thumb screw is easy to tighten. Viton gaskets have better high temp resistance.
This DERNORD pipe fitting fits for all other sanitary fittings.

I feel the price for this size was a good deal. However these are extremely short, so you have to be very careful when your making your solder.

The clamp works perfectly and the ferrules fit with all of the rest of my equipment. I had one copper pipe that was a touch too small, but after annealing these ferrules were strong enough that I could just bang them into place and begin soldering

could not get the two pieces apart the gasket is stuck like it sat in a hot warehouse for a while... But eventually they came apart.

Update... I was able to contact Dernord finally , not only did they replace with the correct size , they also refunded the payment. I received today, Jan 14th 2018 , late but correct. Thanks for fixing the problem. I will buy again if I need any other sanitary fitting in the future. I will now give a four star rating, would have been a 5 star but I paid for two day shipping originally, and I thought it should have been fixed quicker.
