These aren't #1 grade as a professional would use. They are dull but sterile wrapped so not sure what to blame it on.

The product just does not slice the dead tissue for debridement. I actually had better luck with a pair of quality toe nail clippers ... You can't just did into tissue and expect to get fast results. Dead tissue does not just vanish as effort is needed. Even the fancy sonicwave water jet did little to remove the tissue at Kaiser ...
