Sound quality is good. Reverb voice audio is excellent. Configuration adjustment thru a combination of buttons is not straight forward. Watched some Youtube channels to learn the basic steps. Took a while to figure it out. Overall has a very good karaoke Reverb Sound quality.

I was able to install RS232 to USB driver, but provided software still cannot connect to the unit. Software starts up, COM1 port to COM32, then still nothing

(1) The package did not including software (CD or link to download), which allow to set via PC interface, I asked seller about a week, still not get software yet.(2) The manual is quite simple, you will have no idea how to set it up. without setting, the sound was terriable when you trying to mix the sound of mic with music source.

I really like the sound of this unit. There are tons of adjustments to be made. I couldn’t find any instructions in English ( they should make instructions in English). Luckily, I found you tube videos in Vietnamese, which I understand. After i made the adjustments, it sounds awesome
