Like other reviews have said, the wipe itself is kind of dry. Not sure how effective it would be. I am still going to give it a try and see if it works. Will update here if the dry wipe still works.

I use it on my Maltese who is almost 12 yrs old! She doesn’t love anything touching her face or mouth! She tolerates me using the wipes on her teeth, but she complains a lot when I use them

Used on a younger dog with good teeth and she doesn’t mind.On a 10 year old with terrible breath and gross teeth it noticeable improved the appearance of teeth and I was shocked to see rust colored smudges on the wipes.

My dog goes crazy over these wipes and they seem to do a great job keeping his teeth clean. They are easy to use and the wipes are a good size.
