THE DENTIST INTRODUCED ME TO WHAT WAX SHE USES AND GAVE ME A HUNK AND IT WAS EASY TO SOFTEN UP IN MY MOUTH BUT DID NOT BREAK UP. IT KEEPS ME FROM GRINDING MY TEETH WHILE I SLEEP AND I AM GRATEFUL I CAN GET IT FROM AMAZON. ITS NOT CHEAP BUT IT WILL LAST A VRY, VERY LONG TIME
