While I did not use these for anything dental related, they certainly have another great use that you may not know about. These files work fantastic for working on circuit boards. They can clean out corrosion in thru-hole connectors between surfaces of boards easily. They are also small enough to fit into most tight places to help clean out any corrosion and gunk between chip legs. The tips are fairly small so can easily bend if too much force is used. I certainly will purchase some more of various sizes for this purpose.They are packaged very well, however use some scissors to cut off one of the packets, and use a razor blade to remove the drill piece out of the packaging. Else if you try to tear it along the perforated edge it will end up bending.
