WOW. I have been looking for this compressor from local auto parts stores and all were too expensive and wanted $320+. I decided to look it up in Amazon and surely it was in stock for a low price you cannot beat. WOW

Had the dealer install this and it was a perfect fit for in my 99 Camry 4 cylinder. Had a relative who works for Toyota parts check and it is the direct OEM by the same manufacturer (Denso) that provides them for Toyota - at much less than half what the dealer would have charged! (But hat's off to my dealer for allowing me to provide it!)

DENSO brand OEM quality and fit -exact match. Made in Japan. Original lasted two decades -worth every penny if this one lasts half that long. Note the bolts on the packing plate of my unit were NOT metric but rather standard 5/16". Amazon continues to be competitive in offering OEM manufacturer replacement parts at a price that make it difficult to even consider purchasing a store brand at a car part store or paying a premium at the dealer -this is the first place I look for EVERY part. Great product, great price. Only thing is this item needs to be shipped INSIDE of another box, mine arrived with the Schrader valve having poked a hold in the DENSO box -fortunately it wasn't damaged.

Son wanted a new compressor, we ordered Denso after tying a UAC model and having problems. This Denso has all the required fittings and sensor. It was easy to fit and works really well. If you are in need of a compressor for your Camry buy this Denso unit and don't waste your time with the other brands. Item comes filled with PAG oil and new O-rings.

The Denso was a perfect fit. My mechanic recommended this brand due to it being the manufacturer of the original compressor and being of high quality. The original lasted 16 years and 230,000 miles, if I get half of the life out of this one, it will be a tremendous value.Highly Recommended!!

Denso is a good brand name I've learned. I replaced my factory compressor several months ago. Now in mid summer and still works great. It fit my car as described on the product page. Did not come with the plastic connector plug as some brands do.
