Had a few shipping mishaps on this but got it sorted out in the end. Relay works in my 2004 GX470 trying to get towing system setup. Installed 1 of these in the smaller relay box closer to the firewall (already had 1 installed from factory in the other slot) plus the bigger green one behind the left rear taillight and lights on my trailer works! Much cheaper than going to dealership to get the Toyota/Lexus relays. Just have to see how long it lasts.

I ended up using this relay but found out I had both of my headlight bulbs go out at the same time. Searching Youtube told me to replace this relay. Dealer mechanic said he has never seen this relay go bad, it's always the headlights. So check your headlights first!
