It is so much like wearing a spandex top, and super warm, had hoped it breathed a little better. Only shoulders have the material that hardens on impact the rest is just foam. Perfect for practicing wheelies in back yard or manuals, anything that can accidentally put you on your back. Wouldn't trust it anything beyond groomed dirt and gravel trails. Its nice but not what i was expecting. If i still played soccer. I'd be keeping this. Also i normally wear a medium i am 5 foot 11 and this was tight on me.

I don’t wear shoulder pads playing hockey but thought this might work as additional protection. I like the snug fit but I get hot pretty fast especially on my back where there’s a long pad that covers the spine. Only two games so far. Think I’ll probably get used to it. Does what it’s meant for. Recommend

I like the compression fit. I’m 5’7” 165 lbs and often wear medium shirts for a slim fit. I bought the large and it’s still fairly tight. An extra large still probably would be skin tight, so if you’re used to wearing shirts with a bit of slack, or your belly sticks out from all those post-ride IPA’s, go up a couple sizes. The padding is fairly stiff, but the shirt provides freedom of movement everywhere you need it and doesn’t feel like it will rub annoyingly on your neck. It has a confident feel like you’re muscled up with strong shoulders, back, chest and intercostals. Under a long sleeve shirt, you’ll look like a bodybuilder.

Broken clavicle prompt me to buy this so far so good will it stop a broken bone maybe not, hopefully help with the impact

Fits true to size. Haven’t crashed in it, but padding seems pretty good and in the right spots.

I ordered this for baseball for my HS son to get the full back protection. I cut out the shoulder pads so it wouldn’t be too bulky. Worked like a dream so far. Two hit by pitches in the back and no pain. I had to order one size up because it ran small even for a compression shirt.
