I ordered this regalia on 11.21.24 for an upcoming 12.6.24 commencement...YES, VERY LATE! I contacted the seller, who was very responsive, informative, patient. The expected arrival was 12.3.24, but received 11.30.24...YES, VERY ELATED! I'll be ordering my customized hood from this seller. The fit, quality, and description are accurately stated and worth every penny.

I was not excited to pay over $1000 for the official garment I'd wear at most once a year at hooding ceremonies. When I found this $135 generic option on Amazon I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised by its weight and high quality. I'm 6'4" and the arms are perhaps a bit too short but I'm very content with what it is.

I need to attend a commencement as a faculty member and decided to purchase my own regalia rather than to rent it. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I can say that I am very happy with what I received. I am fairly a average size at around 5'9" and right at the cutoff between the two sizes of 51 and 54, but I opted for the larger 54. The fit is quite good, although it is slightly longer than I prefer but that can be easily hemmed. The fabric is substantial, and the hood fabrics look nice.Getting the hood customized with the school colors took some back and forth communication with the seller, as the instructions I received were a bit unclear. In the end, they sent me the customized hood, and I can say that it all looks great and I am happy with the purchase.
