I'll start by saying, I loved my 1st carpio and found that it relieved some pressure and wrist strain issues I was having (I have had carpal tunnel surgery, but it was too late and I have neuropathy and numbness in both hands). The benefits of carpio, worn daily, were so obvious to me that when the wrist strap started to break apart, I immediately ordered a second. I think the strap is a little flimsy and needs a second thought, I was very disappointed when it began to break and tear through the square gaps. The carpio is well designed, thoughtfully packaged and I have found it effective - what a pity it has such an obvious weak failure point.I have purchased my second, so I do take this seriously, I hope I either won't need a third or this weakness is addressed.

I’ve been a PC enthusiast for many years, and I’ve taken different approaches to help curb some of the gaming fatigue that can come up. This product does work as intended, but your mileage may vary depending on how bad your wrist pain is already. I bought a size LARGE.Currently I alternate standing and sitting every 2 hours while I game or use my computer. I have a low DPI and mouse sensitivity so I move my arm a lot rather than my wrist to help mitigate some of the wrist issues. I have good equipment that is ergonomic for me, and I exercise to help strengthen myself. The best medicine is honestly to moderate my playing to a couple hours at a time, and take a break to do something else. All that being said I still get achy in my shoulders, arm, and wrist. I bought this unit to help mitigate some of my wrist issues, and it really does work. It took me about a week to feel comfortable with it. It’s not very heavy, but it’s a little awkward at first. It’s pricy but I think it’s worth it in the long run. I might buy one for my keyboard hand next.

I stream and while playing the game I had issues with “jittery” aim due to palm drag. (I play on 400DPI) I learned to lean more on my left arm but after long sessions my shoulders would get sore from either leaning on it or lifting my mouse all the time. This fixed both issues. It actually improved my aim and overall happiness while playing the game. It’s weird how something so simple can fix multiple issues and actually get you excited about playing the game again. The magnet is STRONG! It never falls off, ever. You actually have to pull and try to disconnect the magnet. Strap has been very comfortable and durable and the gliders are some of the best I’ve ever used. I’ll be buying a few of these just in case one breaks while streaming. If you’re on the fence, buy it.They say it takes 1-2 weeks to get used to. It took me about 3 hours and I was noticing improvements

This wrist rest was a bit of a gamble to relieve some wrist and arm pain that I have no regrets about.I have adjusted quickly and use it any time I sit down to use my PC. I adjusted the strap to have light pressure and find it helps to keep position of the rest when I lift my hand for whatever reason. The rest may get in the way a little for prolonged typing, its primary use is for mouse use, having said that, I am wearing it now as I type this with no real problem. I am starting to change the way I use my mouse, as my hand is now more mobile across the pad surface. Overall I am still adjusting to using it but it will be staying as a permanent part of my setup. The big thing is, pretty much any pain from prolonged mouse use is gone and the relief came as soon as I started using it. I'm tempted to buy another so I have a spare - you know when you find a niche product you love and you start to worry it might go out of production? It is:- well made, components seem to be good quality and the band is held down with a strong magnet.- fits me perfectly, I bought the large size using the instructions as a guide, but I really think it would be small for someone with large hands.- suits my style of holding the mouse (fingertip) and would also be good for claw grip, no good for palm grip IMO because the bottom of the mouse butts up against the rest. I guess your MMV with palm grip but that's my thoughts.- the skate glides well across the pad, you will need a fiber pad for this to work - not suited to a bare table top or glass pad.I can't say enough good things about this TBH. If you have pain from mouse use, try it out.

I really like this product—it provides great relief for my wrist. However, I tend to remove the band while working because I use a separate palm rest for my keyboard, and having the band on my hand becomes a bit annoying. On the other hand, when I'm gaming, I use the band, and it's really comfortable. I'm considering buying one specifically for work without the band, so I can use this one exclusively for gaming.

It's hard to justify the price for what it does. The packaging seems very premium, which is nice, but I would rather have cheaper packaging in favour of a cheaper price. The PFTE feet glide easily across my mousepad, and it helps keep my wrist in a neutral position. The strap is handy when moving my hands back and forth between typing and using the mouse.I personally did not have much pain before, but just wanted to give it a try. It was easy to adjust to and is pretty comfortable. I'll have to update my review if I feel any differences.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one after using the Carpio G2.0. I spend a lot of time on my computer, either working or gaming. And I mean A LOT of time. Usually up to 15 hours/day. My wrist started getting really stiff and sore after some long gaming sessions, and I was afraid I would need to see an orthopedic surgeon. After trying various wrist braces with no success, I went to Amazon looking for something else to try and I came across the G2.0. It looked odd, but intriguing, so I decided to give it a try. Worst case, I would be out a few dollars and continue my search. When it arrived I had to try it immediately, and I was hooked. It elevates my hand just enough to relieve all pressure from my wrist, but not so much that it makes mousing awkward. I also have no trouble typing while using it (writing with it on is difficult, though!). The pain relief was almost instant. The package and reviews say it takes a couple weeks to get used to, but I loved it from the first day and don't notice it at all while using it. In fact, I often forget I have it strapped to my hand until after I've left my computer to do something else. It is very comfortable (I am a woman and have wide hands, so I bought the large size), and it glides across my mousepad effortlessly. I am happy to report that my wrist pain and stiffness disappeared after only a couple of days of using this device. I like it so much that I have been bragging to my friends and family about it. I just ordered a second one to use with my laptop. This device was definitely worth every penny of my investment.

I bought the first version of this wrist rest years ago when I saw it on an Instagram post. I was first interested in this product due to its minimal and small form factor. The first version was very uncomfortable and hurt my wrist more than not using it. I'm happy to say that this version has definitely improved! Upon first use, I found it comfortable enough, but that 1 week break in period was just getting used to that slight pressure during use below my palm. I decided on this G2.0 wrist rest instead of the 2.0 version because from previous experience with the small form factor, it'd be hard to find the sweet spot on my wrist to the pad, and the wrist strap would ensure that my wrist stays at that comfortable spot even after lifting my hand from the desk. The soft silicone material gives my wrist a firm yet comfortable rest for my wrist, but the right pad is a lot more flimsy than the left. Although the bottom already allows for a pretty smooth glide across my mouse pad, I think this would've benefited from a flat bottom to allow the use of superglides to be added. I do like the vented pads that allow airflow, but I think I'd prefer a smoother and faster movement from the wrist rest to match my mouse more. I didn't really have an issue switching from my mouse to keyboard while wearing this on my wrist, but then again I am not continuously typing on the keyboard. I bought this while it was on sale for Prime day at $36, which is a much better deal than what it normally goes for. Even at the sale price, it is still a pretty pricey accessory, but after using it for a week or so I feel less fatigue in my wrist and don't regret purchasing. I did buy one as a gift for someone, but I know that experiences vary with this particular wrist rest so a gift receipt was included. I am not confident he may find it comfortable, but am hoping it will help his wrist since he complains of wrist pain from using his mouse and keyboard for work. As a casual gamer and frequent PC user, I found this wrist rest comfortable to use and appreciated the way it moves fairly well with your mouse. I feel there is plenty of room for improvement, but am satisfied with it at this time.

At 6ft and a hefty 20 stone stocky build I'm not a small bloke, wanted one of these for a while and when they finally came on sale on Amazon I jumped at the opportunity and bought one.Unfortunately when it came it simply doesn't fit, I have it so the tiniest piece of strap left to put through the buckle but thought I'd give it a go, the next issue is again caused by being a bigger bloke, but the strap comes across at an angle and is designed for small bony wrists, If you have meaty shovels like me the strap sits on the wrong part of your hand causing the G2.0 to slide down to your wrist again making it useless.
