1) First of all, the instruction comes with the box is not clear at all. The manual is for another model with round face plate. You need go to Delta website, download "Parts diagram" to see how exactly to fix the heavy face plate.2) It does not come with rough in valve, although the description vaguely says that. Look at the "Parts diagram" to make sure what's included.3) This diverter is NOT designed for any tile wall (1/2 thickness drywall, 1/2 thickness tile/all-set). The length of RP51919 (6 function cartridge) could only fit a plastic all in one shower case -- because the face plate is fixed by a trim nut (RP84932) and you need additional clearance to fix knob. To install this on tile wall, you need spend additional $200 for a thick wall adapter RP90542.3) As many people said, the water flow is really really tiny.In order to use this beautiful all metal face plate on tile wall, you probably need spend about $600. Buy something else before it is too late.

I'm really happy with this - all the parts are high quality, solid, and work as intended. My only complaint is it is a bit pricey for what it is, especially considering the actual valve is not even included.

I did not install it but the plumber didn't not say it was difficult. He also recommended a Delta product. It's absolutely beautiful and easy to use.

If you want 3 NON-SHARED features to work on this diverter trim YOU NEED TO ORDER AN ADDITIONAL CARTRIDGE RP71718 (roughly $100CDN). The cartridge that comes with this diverter trim will give you 2 separate and then shared, so you can have the showerhead working, the handheld working or the showerhead and handheld both working. It will not work if you have a tub spout.Solid piece and the matte black looks great but definitely read the fine print - 3 function diverter is misleading.

Only one thing to add, Make sure that you order the rough in kit. It is not a complete kit without it.If you previously had a delta multi faucet, and you're just changing your style than you will be fine.

Instructions are difficult to read and incomplete. You will spend hours with many small pieces and still not figure it out exactly.
