Drain line is like 5ft electrical is definitely shorter then 25ft copper is soft would not buy again *update they did reach out fairly quick to try to resolve my problems offering to reimburse me for the cost of the short drain line which was kinda my biggest concern so I can 100% appreciate that

I installed this 27k unit with 3 inside air handler units against warnings on this product description and some reviews. I'm pretty handy, I've installed single mini split units in the past and installed solar on my house so I thought this would be easy. For the most part, it was pretty straight forward but there were a few things that tripped me up that could have been easily mitigated had the user manual been a little more descriptive in the installation section.For the multiple zone units you have to make sure and connect the correct communication wires to the corresponding line set otherwise you will have units freezing up and others not blowing cold air when run independently. The line set connections on the side of the outside condenser unit are numbered from top to bottom, 1, 2 and 3. 1 on the top and 3 on the bottom. The corresponding communication wire connections are numbered from left to right, 1, 2 and 3. Make sure that the line set that you connect on the top connections (#1 line set) comes from the unit that's communication wires are connected to the far left (#1 communication terminal). Once got the corresponding lines and communication wires correct, the units performed perfectly.hope this helps anyone looking to do a DIY install on these units.

I ordered this replacement set after accidentally damaging my first one. These are working perfect. My ac is working just as intended, and I had a nice cool and comfortable night thanks to these.

I was highly disappointed with this AC line. After only a few months, it started leaking refrigerant, which drastically reduced the system’s cooling efficiency. I’ve had it inspected by a professional, and they confirmed that the line quality was subpar, leading to the leaks. The fittings didn’t seem to match up as well as they should, requiring extra effort during installation. Additionally, the line is prone to kinks, which created further blockages. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this AC line. It’s been more hassle than it’s worth, and I’ll be replacing it sooner than expected with something more durable.

Bought this because of price and a few good reviews. Had seen a few bad reviews but mostly I ignored those because some people are very hard to please. Used it on a recent install. Very impressed with quality of insulation jacket and like the fact it came as individual rolls(not two built together). But unfortunately this copper is very thin compared to many others I have used for other installations . In fact when following manufacturer recommendations on torque specs for a recent unit that completely crushed the 1/4 copper three times. I finally reduced torque by two ft lb and it didn’t crush. This product has the potential to be a great product given the few positives above and fast shipping. But they should really give us a little heavier copper because no one wants failures due to a weak product and it makes you look bad to a customer. My suggestion charge a few dollars more and put it in the copper
