These are great for running the OS on a Dell server but make sure you pair them with the correct M.2 SSD. You have to use "old school" SATA III 2280 drives. You can not use drives that are 3D NAND or NVMe. I used Silicon Power 512GB A55 drives and so far they are working well. I asked prior to purchase and was told only the low profile was included but it had a full PCIe height bracket attached and the low profile bracket was separate in the box. The picture shows it comes with a low profile only so if you're on the fence about getting it because the bracket isn't included, it actually is... I forgot to take a picture prior to installing it but I was very happy to see it when it arrived. Thanks!
