Works great once the gasket has all the kinks and twist out of it. Used a hair dryer to soften the gasket. As the gasket softened, I was able to spot massage the kinks and twist out of the gasket. Patience is a virtue.

This is NOT an OEM gasket for a Delfield 6000xl-s! We popped the old gasket off in 2 mins but it took 3hrs to install this gasket on 1 door! We have a second door we haven't even started yet because we ran out of time! This gasket has shark bite sides that you have to work into the gasket housing where as the OEM gasket pops into place with just running your hand over it. What a PIA!
