The Brass body and stainless steel metering parts permit machining to close tolerances for precision and consistently high performance. Brass transmits heat fast from the nozzle face to reduce the possibility of varnish and oil residue buildup. Stainless steel provides that extra durability for metering parts where wear is a factor.

Bought and installed in January 2023 and it’s still running in late November 2024. Likely will buy and install a new one as I am replacing my burner motor and since I’ll be working on the system , why not? Also, it was made in the USA which is a plus.

Exactly what I needed. Was able to take advantage of these few remaining warm days and service my furnace, all because this part was delivered sooner than expected.

Not sure what happened. The boiler ran rough, then quit at night. I had another nozzle and changed it. The heat is now running fine. This nozzle had damage to the filter part. If it was replaced and worked, I'd change this review. But as it stands, it was damaged before packing. They come in a plastic capsule. I have never had trouble like this with other nozzles.Not worth the chance and would not order again.Not recommended.
