Very good quality, easy to set up and it provides very clear video. The app is very easy to navigate as well. I highly recommend it.

Just installed the first camera. Product arrived well packaged. Installation was straightforward with one exception. Pan and tilt work just fine and image is crisp. The exception is you need to do the setup BEFORE mounting the camera. I likely missed this in the instructions. The app didn't show up in the App Store (IOS) but the 3D barcode brought it up. So far so good with the app experience. Two cautions: 1) the camera has a power dongle that plugs into the power cable. The dongle is only about 12" so not much margin beyond putting it through a wall. The power cable is about 6 feet so your mounting location needs to be close to your power source or you need to live with an extension cord. The dongle is outdoor worthy. The power cable is not.

**edit 1/7/25We reached out to the company and they sent a replacement without any hassle. They said the problem was our WiFi connection, so who knows. At this time, while everything is working I would rate these 5 stars.Giving these a 3 star because when they work, they work but 4 months should not be the life of a security camera. I will update if/when a fix is done.We purchased these cameras and were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. The image was clear, night vision was good, panning and zooming. We used SD cards for local storage so we didn’t need the cloud for more $$.We’ve had these cameras for about 4 months and recently the one camera continually goes offline (the second camera is further from the router) and no matter how many times we’ve reset, reconfigured or rebooted the camera will still go offline. I reached out to the manufacturer for support so hoping for an answer/fix.

Easy set up for novice installers. Using internal memory (128gB chip not included) is provide low cost alternate to storing video on the cloud.Microphone and speaker is very clear to have dialog. Nite vision is excellent, use light to bring out color!Camera 360 function with tracking can provide a lot of visual and audio info about who or what is coming to your house.Excellent product. I would recommend future purchases. Keep up the quality at these prices.

UPDATED 3/9/23. I have SD cards in each of my three cameras. One stopped working. This means it still takes still pictures to represent a notification but I can't play any recorded video. It always says SD card doesn't exist. This same camera also stopped responding to the remote controls that allow me to change the position of the camera. It's useless. Just look at this pic of a fox. I wanted to play the recording to see if it's showing interest in my fence. My cats freely roam inside that fence. I can't tell because the video won't play back. It did 3 days ago so WTF? I can't count on it.My other two cameras are hit or miss. Sometimes the SD card can be played back. Other times it cannot. I have done nothing at times and it starts working again.I have also tried rebooting, deleting and re adding the cameras. Even if it worked to correct the issues, the same problems come back again. I cannot count on the camera actually recording video so should something happen where my home is robbed, for example, I have no confidence I will have a record of it.UPDATED 5/22/22. The company reached out and were very generous to provide me with a new camera and SD card. I tested and so far it's working flawlessly. I've raised from 2 to 4 stars because I am very happy with the service provided. The camera records quality video and I love that i can change the angle of the view remotely. I stand by my 4 star review, however, because it is still overly sensitive which means I turn off alerts entirely. It's time consuming to proactively scroll through hundreds of images to find the few times it actually captured something. I use my cameras to capture wildlife that comes close to my cat's enclosure and to capture my cats attempting escape so that I know if it has any weak points. What's important to me, is that I have the footage should i need it.ORIGINALI want to love this camera but it's so frustrating. "SD card not detected" had been a common error that's getting worse. One day it works, the next day it can't be found - and I've made zero changes so who knows why. And then if I just wait awhile, it's detected again. However, now it's failed and have come back for 3 days, so far. Here's what happened: Everything broke on one camera - meaning, I couldn't even get love video - so I moved my working camera to that spot. The only variable change being that I unplugged it to move it. Plugged it in, got live video and was so happy until an event got logged. When I went to play it back "No SD card detected".I cannot figure out how to contact support. Within the app there are faqs that do not address this issue. Since it doesn't detect the card, I can't reformat it and don't have an error to Google. The other issue is that the motion detection is hyper sensitive. A piece of dust can set it off. I could learn to move with this (you might as well have continuous recording on if it's raining, though). I have wyze cameras that don't get set off by rain or really anything but moving animals, people or vehicles so I know it's possible to have far better tech. I turned off notifications due to constant alerts with false positives. It means scrolling through hundreds of pictures to see if anything notable happened. And yes, I played with motion detection settings and turned off certain blocks in the viewing area. Didn't matter.I also wish there was a way to disconnect the camera from it's mount. If I have to reset the camera, I have to unscrew it from where I've placed it. Super annoying and contributes to procrastination of troubleshooting and make me less interested in investing. These issues are why I bought wyze outdoor cameras. That's $250 that this company could have had. But I still want the two that I have to work! Finally, the cloudedge app never closes and drains my phone battery. I have Android. I always get notifications to force close it.What I love is the ability to remotely move the camera angles. I also think they are attractive.I would love an email address where I can submit a help ticket.
