Nice little dehumidifier for small spaces. It is not too noisy and has the option of color changing night light or pick a color for light. You can also have no light. Auto shut off when full. Very easy to use.

This little machine is the perfect size for what I needed and it works really well. I converted one bay of my garage into a music room with a piano, drums, guitars, amplifiers, computer, stereo, etc... It's approximately 300 square feet. Even though I added an air conditioning vent into the room it still got too moist in humid South FL. This dehumidifier now keeps the correct amount of humidity and it runs quietly. I have to drain the water bin about every 4 days. It doesn't use much energy and the LCD lights are a very cool feature. The price is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this dehumidifier! It’s surprisingly small but very effective. It fits perfectly in any space, making it easy to place wherever needed without taking up much room. Despite its size, it efficiently removes moisture from the air, and it’s quiet, which is great for use during the night.A fantastic, compact solution for improving air quality and reducing humidity in any room!

After two days of use, it seems to work decently. I live in a humid environment, in an older house that’s not so well insulated. This unit pulls about as much water as my other dehumidifier of a similar size does. But it’s just a bit too loud for me.I wanted one for my bedroom, which I try to keep noise free and pitch black. So I love that the light can turn off, and that the power button isn’t obnoxiously bright and can easily be covered up.It’s too loud for me to sleep, though. Others might disagree. It’s about as loud as a small desk fan (which makes sense). But I’m moving this to my study and keeping my older one in the bedroom until I can find something quieter.Edit: knocked down to 3 stars because that flashing red light is annoying and doesn’t stop on its own. Where are all the understated dehumidifiers? You’re a piece of furniture bro, not a bluetooth party speaker.

Our bathroom started having mildew problems. Even though we have the usual exhaust fan in the ceiling, it just didn't move enough damp air out to help. We purchased this little dehumidifier to sit on the counter to help with the moisture problem. When we first started it up, we were afraid it wasn't working very well...we were too impatient! Over night it started doing its job. At first, we couldn't see the water accumulating in the bottom because it was so clear. But after 24 hours, we could see that it was helping remove the moisture from the air! We've been using it for over a month and are very impressed with the results. For a medium sized bathroom (9 x 10) it certainly does the job.

Update: it seems like I was just having a few “dry” months. It is working fine now. Wish it was a little strongerUnfortunately mine is not working like other reviews have claimed! My closet is inside the shower/bathroom, so it gets really humid and it’s somewhat small. I’ve been using it for 10 days non-stop now. First day, it gathered a few drops, and it evaporated the next day which I think is super strange. Ever since it hasn’t collected any water even tho it’s still humid in there. It was a failed purchase .

I use this in my home office. I have just replaced my original one bought 5 years ago and it has worked tirelessly 24x7 over humid summers and all other seasons. I particularly like that it is powered by 12v dc via a transformer vs a 120v power plug directly. It fills and auto turns off. The rotating colours are a nice touch, but optional. Noise level is low. I bought my original one for $80 or so, and after 5 years, the return on investment is great. The original one died, but I didn’t really clean it either, so great innings for a 24x7x5 years constant use. Easy to empty and something I trust running happily and with a small size in the corner. I rarely do recommendations, but figure this little model deserves a shout out. In summer, it fills 1/2 per day, and in winter fills fully in about 2 weeks. Just the right thing to take the edge off of moisture build up which was leading to mold, driven by the cold basement walls in one area.

This unit is small and can easily be placed in a room without being obtrusive. The write up about the unit says it uses about 40 watts of electricity, so there will be a slight cost when in use. It does generate a tiny bit of heat. The fan has one speed and the closest comparison I can think of regarding the noise level would be the cooling fan on a laptop when it's running at close to full speed. It's not unpleasant and reminds me a bit of the white noise machines, so we have quickly gotten used to it. The lighting effects can easily be turned off, but they automatically turn on anytime you turn the unit back on, so two taps of the light button and they go back off. This small unit will not perform like a full size, floor model, dehumidifier. (some negative reviewers seem to think it should have performed in a comparable fashion) Those full size, floor units use an air conditioner type system so they dehumidify the air very quickly, but are very large and much, much louder and expensive. We had one in our full size home for years and you could literally see the humidity level begin to drop on a hygrometer within 30 minutes or so. This unit will not perform to that level due to it's small size and the mechanism used to remove moisture. We've had it over a week now and over a 24 hour period it removes about 3/4 of a cup of water from the air. Of course, the humidity level and temperature will dictate any increase or decrease in the numbers we saw. This unit is meant for small spaces of less than 250 sq feet. We have it in a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. But since we leave the bedroom door open and have central air, that means it essentially is dealing with the whole apartment of about 900 sq feet. Don't expect to feel a marked difference in the humidity level in a large space. I would imagine in an appropriately small space, with doors closed and no central air, this unit would make the area feel dryer. Our issue is condensation build up on our single pane windows in the winter. Even just removing 3/4 cup of water per day means that there will be that much less water in the air to condense on the windows. We've now decided to purchase an additional unit to place in the second bedroom at the opposite end of the apartment from where the first one is placed. Our hope is between the two units we will see a marked difference in our humidity levels. Two of these units are much cheaper and quieter than a full size, floor model.I can recommend this unit if you purchase it with the understanding of it's limitations.UPDATE:We purchased an additional unit for our 900 square foot apartment. The two bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the apartment and we placed one of these dehumidifiers in each room. They both have been pulling about 3/4 of a cup of water out of the air every 24 hours, with inside temperature at 72 and initial relative humidity at about 64 percent. So with the two units we are eliminating about 1 !/2 cups per 24 hours. We might see a drop in the hygrometer reading to 59 or 60 percent occasionally in that time. Not comparable to a big floor dehumidifier, but much cheaper and quieter. While they have not eliminated the condensation issue, I think it has helped to reduce the overall amount of water condensing on our windows during the winter.
