The toilet is difficult to install, and the seat is uncomfortable. When attempting to install another toilet seat I found out how cheap some of the parts are. The worst part was that the holes for the seat bolts were too close together to accept an American toilet seat. I hope the mechanical parts in the reservoir meet American standards for replacement when needed but it is looking worrisome.

Just make sure your water valve is located such that the toilet doesn’t bump into it. If it does, you will have to move the valve. Note that you can not see the valve in my photo, because it’s hidden behind the toilet. Installation would be easier if the valve was off to the side, out in the open.

Toilet was pretty straight forward to install. I did have to move the valve that feeds the toilet a few inches because the house was from the 80s. I'm mostly amazed at how quickly it both flushes and refills the tank. It looks very modern and my favorite part is the ease of cleaning due to it being one solid piece.

We purchased two to replace compost toilets in our cabin. They were perfect! The seat is a tall, comfortable height, unlike the 15. Inch height of other small toilets. Very good looking, dual flush and not difficult to install. They even are very quiet flushing. Take up very little space in a small bathroom! Very pleased with our new toilets!

The look is modern and fits well into our newely remodeled bathroom. It also has about two inches smaller foot print which is perfect for a tight space in a small bathroom. Because the sides are closed, it definitely is harder to install than the typical American toilet with exposed bolts. Smaller hands that can fit in the tight hole definitely in advantage. On the plus side, you don’t have four bolts showing at the base of the toilet. Very nice clean modern look. Unfortunately, the glazing inside the toilet bowl is not smooth. You have to use a bowl cleaner almost every time after you use it to go number two. By the time my construction was completed, and I realized this problem, it was too late to return it, and the window had closed. Had I known of the problem I would have definitely not bought it in the first place and 100% would have returned it, even though it would have meant spending money for a plumber to come back and reinstall it and new one. If you are doing a remodel to sell and don’t intend to use the bathroom yourself, go for it, otherwise, be prepared to have a bowl cleaner handy and make sure you scrub good .

I have two homes so about 8 toilets in all. We have all kinds of toilets from Toto, and varios in wall toilets that were way over a thousand dollars. We use a Bidet on most toilets so this was my concern. NO ONE ever has the measurement from the holes on toilet seat to the tank. I need at least 2" to install bidet. This toilet is the Best one we own! It is even fully finished on the back of the toilet, where most are not. It makes it easier to clean. I installed it myself and my nephew helped place it over the screws. I had to buy a long socket for my socket wrench, so it was easier to tighten the bolts. It is not hard to install at all if you read the instructions. I also made the water line frim wall shorder and installed a 1/4 turn valve (don't know why they make the other valves you have to turn 14 x to get the water off!) The Toto Bidet seat, which is like twice the price of the toilet fits perfect and except for a leveling issue which I ordered shims, this toilet looks modern and clean, unlike the HORRIBLE garbage that home depot sells. I added a photo. SO THE ANSWER IS YES! IF YOU HAVE A BIDET SEAT IT WILL FIT ON THIS TOILET. Won't let me upload a photo of course.
