While not perfectly historically accurate, it is a beautiful and very compact bow. While not advertized to do so, it has had no issues with my 31" draw length in the past 6 weeks and no sign of it weakening for it.The draw is smooth and at 28" it weighs in at 24#, just a hair under the advertised 25#. To me this is not an issue as I mostly wanted a low poundage bow that was ambidextrous to indroduce friends to the sport of archery. The thumb "tab" it comes with isn't anything to write home about, but may suffice, although I would suggest getting a brass or bone thumb ring, or simply forgoing that and using your release device of choice if you're not too hung up on learning a specific type of archery. For me it has done ok with 1 finger over and three under, but I would not risk string walking this bow.I'm not sure if it was suppoaed to come with a stringer, but mine did not have one: keep this in mind and order one like the limbsaver if this is your first bow.

This bow is so nice. You can feel and see the quality. I am a few weeks into archery but compared to the other one I started with at 30lbs, this is of superior quality. It's great to have a high quality bow like this one. I might eventually get the 50lbs, but for now the 40lbs is great to shoot with. I got this bow because of a review from youtuber "Archery and Prepping" which gave a great review of this bow. Unless you're super picky and think too highly of yourself, this a an amazing bow.

When I started buying my own bows, I was very quickly distracted from my path by Asian Composite Bows. I fell in love in particular with Korean composites and they have been my favorites for decades. I had planned my next purchase to be a Magyar, but had always deep in my heart wanted a Turkish bow (I'm originally from Turkey). I'd just never seen one advertised until recently. I saw the Deer Seeker just by chance on Amazon and decided to put the Magyar on hold.It is a fantastic bow. Beautifully made, very light, and oh so powerful for it's overall size. I looks just like Ottoman bows that I've seen in Topkapı Museum. It shoots marvelously and is a pleasure to use. I love to go out in the yard and just shoot until my arms are too tired to continue. It comes with a stringer, which I've never used for any of my other bows(including a 100# English Longbow), but found it really helpful for this one because the recurve is so extreme-much more than either of my Korean bows. This has to be one of the best purchases I've made in a long time.

Pros:LightweightMatte finishYou can get it in 70# - powerful! Love that!150 arrows so.far and has not broken like some of the other reviewsSeems durableNarrow arrow passStiff and stableEasy to stringGood value for the money400 spine 500 gr + are a good matchConsHandle is small and a little odd. Wrapping with hockey tape helpsand that's my biggest complaint so far.Siyahs seem a bit overbuilt but I prefer that to it breakingAll in all a good bow, hucks an arrow with authority. Will update with long term durability review in a couple months

Esthetically pleasing to the eye, everything arrived, strung it and as I went to pull back the string comes undone. The string slits are a tad bit to shallow to full draw. Going to file them deeper to see if that fixes issue

Love the bow, but the handle is very small. I added a little sports tape to it. Also the arrows they provide are a little stiff. But the bow shoots great with the right arrows.

The bow has twisted limbs due to which string is CMG off again and again. Unsafe, unstable and unpredictable. Money wasted

I have been shooting this style of bow for a while now. So here are my thoughts. Mine is a 45lbs @28” I shoot about a 30”draw. So it’s about 53lbs. It has a very narrow arrow pass and shoots very well. I have been shooting about 40lbs. The draw stacks quickly after 28”. But is still smooth. The picture attached is 13 yards shooting at a 1 1/2 inch target. A little right but that is the learning curve. In about an hour I had the sight picture down. I shoot about 150 arrows a day so the curve could be a little different if you don’t shoot as much. I shoot about a 500 grain arrow. I do recommend this bow. It is a little heavy than my others. But the weight feels good. If you are new to shooting these bows I do think that 40lbs is a better place to start. This is worth the money very satisfied with this bow.

Designed after the Tatar bow, it seems like good craftsmanship for the most part, my string grooves were smooth unlike what other reviewers have said. Shoots great. Only problem I would say I have with it is the grip is quite small for a larger hand.

I received this bow and when I put the string on it I noticed one of the limbs was splintering, and the arm guard is kinda small and cheep but everything else seems good. Have had a chance to shoot it cause of the one limb but the costumer service is pretty awesome. Got a hold of deerseeker and they said they would send a whole other kit to replace the damaged bow. Will update after the new one comes in.Update: I received my new now with no imperfections. Took it out and shot it about 20 times, feels great and quiet too. It's been some time since iv shot a traditional now like this but I'm glad to have gotten this one. Like I said it shoots like a dream, smooth and quiet. Would definitely recommend, especially with how well the customer service is. Responsive and quick to fix any problems you might have.
