Great coat stand! I was worried it wouldn’t be solid but it’s been perfect for sweaters and light coats. I tested it out with two winter jackets (size large) and some sweaters and had no issues. Admittedly, the coats weren’t weighed down by wet snow or rain, but I find the rack perfectly sturdy. Super easy to assemble within minutes. Would recommend!

There's a lot that I like:Good quantity of hooks with a good shape to hold onto things.I like the hook shape and ball ends.No frills, sturdy design.Assembly was straightforward, instructions were very clear.The umbrella holder is a nice feature.The metal design feels like it should be long lasting.The problem is it's not particularly stable.It's very easily pushed over.It's fine if you go easy on it, but I expect we'll nock it down by accident.Or if you throw a heavy coat on the top hooks, it's likely to topple.Our other standing coat rack, of similar height and base diameter, stands much more firmly.That other one has a weighted base (like a lamp base), and that helps a lot.If that bottom tray could incorporate a 1kg weight, it would do wonders.This one is a tripod rather than a round base, so the hooks aligned between two legs are especially prone to levering it down.The legs and feet are narrower than the top hooks: perhaps splay those a bit more?For your own stuff, standing in a corner, this might still do if you're careful.For a busy public place, for use by guests/customers, I wouldn't recommend.
