Never had and issue with it, and is easy to adjust. I like that it has a to turn the voltage off/on with out turning the unit off by using the the output button. Used to to power temporary electronics for several days with no problems.

I have not had this product for a long, but at first glance it seems to be nice. Output is consistent after being checked with a multimeter. I did find it this tasteful that it only came with a positive and negative probe when it offers positive negative and ground. Directions are brief into the point. Well not mentioned in the product description all that it comes with is the unit a power cord a positive test lead in a negative test lead

Had thus unit for a few months when the OCP failed. Kept using it until this week when it popped a fuse running a 3v DC motor. Now it just pops fuses the second it powers on. Build quality is flimsy. One of the case screws was the incorrect size and type of fit the the threads. If they can even manage to use the correct screws what else did they do wrong during assembly? Avoid this product.

I love this power supply. I have wanted and needed a variable power supply for years, and have for some reason never bought one. I suppose because they were always so expensive. This one isn't. I needed it in order to balance out the Nissan Leaf battery pack I have powering my garage at the moment. I am able to balance the 4.2v cells in pairs. What I have found is that it will put about a max of 75 watts into the battery before it goes into Over Current mode and shuts down. You sort of have to creep up the voltage as it gets charged up. For instance, if the pair is at 7.2v, you might be able to set it at about 7.7v. Once it gets to around 7.6v, you can bump it up to 8.4v and leave it. It usually takes a couple of hours at that point to charge from 7.6 to 8v. One thing I found it that it gliches out when it it really cold - like less than 10f, but other than that, it is great.

I've seen these on social media videos but never thought I'd need or use one until I got this as a gift. So far, I've used it four times within a month. That may not sound like a lot but when it comes in handy, it comes in handy. Aside from messing with things for fun, I'm able to verify the operability of electronics. For example, I have a battery powered light that wasn't working. Not sure if it's the charger, battery, or PCB controller. I was at least able to hook up the LED components, set to 5V, 1A and voila! It worked. To get the most out of it, you should know at least the basics of electricity as well as obvious safety reasons. Speaking of safety, the over current protection (OCP) feature seems to work as intended which makes me feel better. The unit allows for macro and micro adjustments for voltage and amperage. The max is somewhere around 32V and 10A which is respectable. It has a USB-A and USB-C charger for... Because why not? It comes with two leads, one for hot and one for neutral. A third for a ground would need to be procured separately. Operation is simple. The build quality seems good. It uses a standard, detachable appliance power cord which is always a plus. The display is easy to read. I have no complaints really. I plan on getting another one of these as a gift for my brother who loves to tinker.

Update.......I was very pleased that the supplier sent me another unit since the first one had 2 knobs missing and looked like it had been used. And about a month into using it sparingly the unit stopped working while checking a 12 vdc license plate light off my Harley. When I pulled the cover I found a fried circuit on the board. Well.....crap. and of course the warranty was gone. I put the cover back on it and checked all the functions and found that the Fast-Charge phone sockets still worked fine. I use it on my desk at work and amped up the digital volt display numbers. I charge my phone with it and you should hear the Ooo's and ahh's. The extra unit at home they'd sent me is still working fine months later. My DC power supply arrived in record time. But the voltage and current knobs were missing. I called Amazon, Amazon called the buyer, the buyer contacted me, the buyer sent me another unit complete with all knobs intact. I've never been so pleased with a buy from Amazon. Bada bing! It was handled in a matter of a couple hours. The unit has performed flawlessly, even after a battery of tests on an LED lighting system. Say what you will about Chinese businesses. They took care of me!!

This is a great unit. Easy to setup, adjust and use. Should the fuse need to be replaced it's simply a matter of opening a port on the back of the unit by the power cord, no need for any disassembly (just saying as I haven't had this issue to-date).Very accurate per my Fluke multimeter. Reads to within a few 100's of a volt. Good enough for my needs for sure!A secondary note that this is a stylish unit, small and takes up little space on the workbench. The USB and USB 3.0 work well and come in handy for recharging cell phones, earbuds, etc.

It is exactly what this product is all about. It is a power supply and I realize I could not use it to verify ohms..I use it for testing LEDS and other power sources. It could have been able to generate more watts. Limited display of digits. 3.5 digit display.
