Bought for school. They only lasted 3 months before separating and fraying. They are easy for him to put on by himself.

Purchased these shoes in August and the sole completely separated from the shoe in October. This is from daily light use - school, recess, but certainly not sports or anything athletic. Very flimsy, and disappointed.

My daughter loves them for skateboarding. Super flat fit, so good on the board.

I’ve never bought this brand of shoe for my son. He’s 7 and he had worn out his size 2.5 UnderArmour shoes. I ordered a size 3 and 3.5 in these black DC’s and the 3 fit but a little snug for my liking. 3.5 was perfect! He’s got a bit of room to grow, good width so his feet won’t get squished and the elastic laces with the Velcro straps keep the shoe from slipping up and down.

My son loves these shoes! I was kind of scared to purchase them online without him trying them on first, but they fit great, true to size, and they're comfortable! And my son is really picky about how his shoes fit and feel. I will buy these again!

These are my son's shoes for go to school, they are so durable and he says they're confortables, it's the second year that I buy these shoes. I recommend those for your kids.

From my experience when I was younger, wearing skate shoes meant that they were wider and more comfortable. These looked so tiny when I pulled them out of the box, I knew they wouldn’t fit my son, even before he tried them on. And sure enough, they are way small. I even held up these size 3.5 DC shoes against his current size 3 Converse Pro Blaze shoes, and the size 3s are longer than these DC size 3.5. This is a huge disappointment.
