There are no technical specs or documentation that come with this, which makes it very hard to use.

I have purchased more than 1 stepper motor with slider from different vendors. This one does not work. The motor started to heat up under 1 A. I could hear the small high pitch sound, but no motion at 9V. When I increased the voltage to 9.5, something got shorted. The power supplier's breaker tripped. The exact same setup works for other stepper. Tb6600 was used in this experiment.
