Trolley arrived with a wheel that falls off. After numerous attempts to replace the wheel I still can't use the cart. Nothing has been shipped to me. Dbest Products is NOT dabest.

Large and collapsible so cannot go wrong here. Better to get this for that increase in size and being able to pack it away. Plus the handle extends so for someone tall, they are not bending down to pull uncomfortably.

Bought this for my mom to use on their boat. It folds up nicely, is very light yet appears to be quite well built and the bag is made of heavy duty material. It was super easy to assemble and the capacity of the bag is larger than anticipated. I would recommend it.

My wife does a daily commute to work of one mile each way, usually on foot. She had been using airline carry-on bags but those had issues with noisy wheels and negotiating uneven surfaces. The Trolly Dolly has solved those problems because it's quiet and has large wheels that can roll over just about anything. We bought the larger size and found that it has a lot of carrying capacity. It also sits relatively high off the ground so it can go just about anywhere. It's also nice to have all the pockets to store extra items and it seems to repel water pretty well, which is important for us in the rainy Northwest.There is only one design feature that we don't care for, and that's the inadequate provision for securing the large flap at the top. There is a small Velcro strip on the bottom of the flap and another on the bag, and they are supposed to match up. However, both are very small and they don't hold the flap down very well. Also, the Velcro strip on the bag is obscured anytime you pull the drawstring tight to close the top of the bag, which leaves you with no way to secure the large flap. We found a workaround solution to the problem, which is to wrap a bungee cord around the upper part of the bag over the flap and around the frame.The issue with the flap is the only reason we didn't give it five stars, but that issue is easy to resolve and overall this is a great product which we think should give us years of good service.

Got this to take with me whenever I have to take a bunch of stuff so I won’t have to carry it. I have shoulder issues & this works great! Roomy interior, covered top, lots of easy to access pockets & lightweight! I can fill a large handled shopping tote bag (say one from Cracker Barrel), load up the folded trolley in my car, & once there I simply drop the filled tote inside the big trolley bag & drop my purse on top. Still room if I pick up a few items. Also, I clipped a couple of carbiners onto the frame & use them to attach additional bags of items to the cart if needed. Much easier for me to push or pull it than to try to carry it all. Special pocket even holds my umbrella perfectly. I did attach 2 strips of Velcro to the bottom of the cart’s black bag & to top of cart’s base to prevent the bag from shifting side to side-much more stable now yet the bag still can be removed if needed.

In anticipation of moving from an apartment where the door was beside my car to my current place where I have a parking lot and elevator for the third floor, I bought this cart. I'm glad I bought it about a month beforehand because the material was incredibly odorous, very unpleasantly so. I left the material part on the outside porch, periodically turning it inside out/in. The scent improved over the month outside, however, even now I keep an air freshener inside as it still has a faint odor. My guess is whatever chemicals are used in making the canvas material is the issue.In spite of that, I simply Adore this cart. I can fit so many bags of groceries inside, it's simply amazing. I found no problem rolling it through the snow this last winter, the wheels are wide and sturdy, and if needed, they easily go over a sidewalk curb. Even if I overfill it the cart is still easy to use. I keep it in my car trunk and have even put it in the back seat of my 4-door medium-size car it is easily foldable. People in my building have complimented the design and the color is Beautiful. I rave about the features to everyone. Maybe it's unusual for the strong odor as I found, however, once aired out you can, as I, put an air freshener inside. It's worked very well.I can sincerely recommend this cart to Anyone that has to transport items any kind of distance

Habe am 17. Februar Trolley Doll bekommen und ist jetzt schon kaputt. Die Befüllung-Tasche rutsch seitlich weg und schleift auf dem Rad. Ich habe die Tasche repariert. Ich bin nicht zufrieden und habe für den preis was Besseres erwartet.Leider habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Momentan ist es so, dass sich das Rad und das Griffgummi auflöst.Ich möchte einen Umtausch und erwarte, dass ich bis Mitte November Nachricht bekomme wie es weiter geht.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Rothkunde antwortet nicht?Wieso bekommt man von dem Händler keine Antwort!Geht der Händler davon aus, verkauft ist verkauft?Ich möchte den Trolley zurückgeben oder einen Preisnachlass bekommen.Mit freundlichen GrüßenRoth

Me gusto mucho. Buen producto, cómodo desde el manubrio. Alto, porque quien mas lo usa es mi esposo y es una persona alta, entonces tiene la altura perfecta.Estamos muy contentos con el producto, ojalá y nos dure mucho tiempo.

Yes it is the same trolley but not the one in the picture. The one sent to me is smaller and not foldable.The picture has foldable. The handle is not cushion soft it is hard plastic. It is totally diferent trolley.Not sending the right one is waste of time and it is outright CHEATING. Not to trust this vendor.

I live in a major city and don’t own a car, which means I have to walk to the grocery store and lug my groceries home. In the past I’ve purchased cheap carts that would break down as they couldn’t support heavy loads. I won’t lie to you, the price of this product gave me sticker shock. However, it received great reviews and had an attractive weight capacity. That was extremely important to me as I often have to take home heavy products such as laundry detergent.PROS: 1) The large capacity bag is perfect and allows me to bring home the equivalent of at least four bags of groceries, if not more. 2) I love the flat, steady and supportive base underneath the bag. When I’ve had to take packages to a local drop-off store, I was able to either fold the bag up or remove it altogether and use it as a dolly. 3) The padding on the handle is incredibly comfortable for either the left or right hand. 4) I love that the wheels are large and durable, making it extremely easy to glide through rain and snow. 5) I love that the bag has several pockets. Even better, it includes an elasticized slot that I use for an umbrella but could be used for a water bottle. 6) Assembly is as easy as it gets and takes under 10 seconds total time. No exaggeration.CONS: 1) At first glance the price seems incredibly high, although if you use carts often and need to carry heavy items it’s worth the money. 2) While the handle does fold down to help save space, it doesn’t have a locking mechanism to keep the cart together. I followed a helpful suggestion from a previous reviewer and purchased a bungy cord. The cord came in handy when I needed to carry packages on the cart that couldn’t fit in the bag.Overall, I LOVE the cart and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again. I couldn’t recommend it any more highly.
