The seal is buna which will fail if used with gasoline. The drum adapter has a 1/16” gap around the suction tube, it should be a somewhat snug fit. The suction tube is 3 pieces, 2 of them had the threads bent at the end, but they screwed together ok. Haven’t pumped any diesel with it yet.
