I chose the Daygos lock solely based on the strong reviews. I needed a lock for my storage space and I already had the standard in door locks, but this storage space requires normal padlocks. The Storage company had the same or lesser quality locks for sale but at 4x the price. So I did a little research and this was the model I needed at a much better price. So far it has done its job, the keys have worked (and not broken) and the lock opens and closes easily. The rubber cover protects the lock itself and the paint in the doors as well.I am sold on Daygos and I will buy from them again if I need a quality product at a great price.

I use the lock on my storage unit door and it is very difficult to unlock quite frequently. I would not recommend.

The lock stopped opening so I had to purchase an angle grinder which made it though this lock in about 5 seconds.

Had this on an outside door for less than five months and the core came out with the key. Mild weather and only opened maybe 20 times at most. Don’t bother if you’re locking up a shed or garage.

Bought this to lock up my uhaul for my big move and did the job! Had to leave my uhaul overnight and wanted something to secure my items before we drove next morning. The lock opening was a bit small to fit the whole U-Haul latch for the back, but I was able to secure it by leaving one section off as the latch had 3 holes to lock, but using 2 of the latch on the door was able to secure it. So for a U-haul lock overall was okay, but opening of the lock was smaller than expected. The lock itself felt secure and very durable! Great buy.
