After trying and returning two different sets, I am extremely happy with this set. Very easy to set up, great colors, great variety of colors and light display patterns and the adhesive is great, it does stick in place and I couldn't be more pleased.The only con is that the remote is not the greatest, you have to have actual direct line of sight for the remote to work, so if your system is overhead on a 3/4 wall like we have, you have to stand up and get close for it to work.HOWEVER, the phone app works very well and actually gives you more choices. I recommend this set over any of the others offered - this is the one to buy!

I bought these lights for my granddaughter and found them to be easy to install. I did have some issues with some of the taped areas not sticking to the wall as advertised and ended up purchasing some clear stick-on clips from the Dollar Tree to keep the lights in place, and that did the trick. My granddaughter loves the bright colors and found them easy to use with the remote control.Update July (4 months later): The lights don’t stick well to the wall at all - added plastic hooks or not - and already more than 2/3 of the lights don’t work. Won’t buy these again. Very disappointing for my granddaughter.

Nearing my third year of having these up in my room, and they're still going strong! I use them instead of my actual light since i dont like it, so they've definitely got a lot of use!The remote is definitely lost, and it was finicky and annoying to use, but downloading the app saved my life. Only thing i wish would be for the red to be a little brighter, but overall is great!

We bought two sets of these for our two children’s bedrooms. The kids love them, and they do look very cool. My one complaint is they do not come with any connectors. You have to buy those separately. We bought 100 feet for each child and that comes in two rolls of 50. 50 was not quite enough to go around either of their rooms so our choices were to purchase the connectors separately or run the second set up and go in the opposite direction around the room, which looked a little funny where they overlapped. I feel if you are going to send two separate roles, there should be at least one connector in the package. Disappointed we had to spend extra money. And, the extra set of connectors does not come in just one or two per package, you have to buy a large amount that will never get used.I also highly recommend wiping down, possibly with water, where you will be hanging them. I did do a dry wipe around the top of their bedroom walls, but within two days, a portion was falling off and did pull off some of the paint. It went back up pretty well, and has held up the second time.The remote works well, but it needs to be pointed directly at where the unit plugs in. If there is anything blocking it, it will not detect the buttons being pushed.

Edit: The seller reached out after seeing my first review and offered a full refund. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with them and will definitely purchase again simply because they care about their customers and want to help.I first purchased these for my son for Christmas. Four months later they still work perfectly and are still hanging firmly around his room. My daughter wanted some for her room so I decided to purchase these same lights. The second set has been nothing but trouble. In the last 24 hours that we have had them hung up they have fallen down no less than 9-10 times. The only way we have been able to get them to stick was by adding double sided tape to them. The lights work well but the fact that this set will not stick is very disappointing.
