The active ingredient in this shampoo is almost the same dosage as the prescription shampoo I get from my vet. This stuff works well to control my husky’s hotspots and dry skin.

This product is great on my girl's Schnauzer Bumps. I regularly bathe her in this stuff to cure her skin issues. It's been THEE ONLY THING that worked. Just don't use on the face. For in between baths you can buy the antiseptic Chlorhexidine to mix with water and spray on the skin. Keep your furry happy!

The one I always get was out of stock so I got this one. Unfortunately the bottle came open and it spilled. I recovered only a bit and notice that is a very thick consistency. So I will keep it in mind for when my preferred one is out of stock.

My poor kitty is suffering from allergies (he is allergic to a wide variety of grass and trees) and his vet recommended weekly bath with pet chlorhexidine shampoo to help alleviate those symptoms. My vet also recommended to scale it up to twice a week if there are rashes. Along with a diet change, it has helped reduced his allergies.
