Did not come with pillow/cushion as promised. And you can’t buy it separately, but besides the lack of pillow, it reclines well, holds my husbands weight. Rocks and swivels as intended and was a fairly easy assembly. The waterproof fabric still remains to be seen at this time.

Buying furniture through Amazon is always a crapshoot but this chair exceeded my expectations. Easy to put together, looks nice and is fairly comfortable. My only complaint is the leg rest is shallow; supports my legs up to mid-calf. I’m 5’8”

I fell in love with this chair the first time I saw it on Amazon and i love it even more since it now lives in my livingroom. There is not one negative thing I can say about it. The size is perfect, the color is not too dare and not too light, it glides so smoothly and quietly and you can't tell it's a recliner until you actually recline. Word of caution though.... this chair is sooooo comfortable, when you recline in it don't be surprised you fall asleep.

I absolutely hate this thing. We got it because it was all over all of the baby websites as being the perfect nursery chair but you can’t put the foot rest up unless you’re willing to lay down all the way but like… why would I ever want to do that with a baby. The only way to put the foot rest down is to push on it with your feet, but it’s also a rocker so when you push with your feet it rocks forward too far and you can’t get the foot rest down because it hits the floor, so you have to somehow push down with your feet while also shifting your weight backward in your shoulders. There’s literally no way to accomplish this with a baby in your arms let alone while keeping them asleep (the whole point of a rocker to begin with.Hate this. The aesthetic isn’t worth it and apparently the Carter’s name doesn’t matter (I was worried about getting some random brand and it being a piece of crap, silly me.)

Chair worked great until it just fell apart. We noticed one day that the left armrest was just hanging loose from the chair. Not ideal though the chair mostly still works.

After a c-section…not the move when you’re healing still to recline. You have to REALLY be aggressive to get the foot rest part to go back down. To recline all the way back, it doesn’t stay. You have to keep pushing yourself back.

This was the most difficult piece of furniture I've ever had to assemble. The metal pieces would not clip in as they were intended. Once we finally got them in, they were so loose and rubbing against each other making the worst grinding noise. whenever you sat down or tried to rock. I returned right away.
