This product is cheaply made and the unit came wired incorrectly, when I tried plugging it into my outlet it created a massive spark and when I pulled the plug out it was completely burnt. DO NOT BUY unless you want your house burnt down

I purchased this inferred light to cure powder coating. I used it twice so far and it does the job. It might take a little longer than a oven but it worked without a problem. The lamp was packaged very well for shipping. As of right now the lamp is working good and I would purchase again.

I immediately noticed I did not get a stand with the unit. I plugged it in and got a big spark. The heat is instantaneous. It's started smoking a lil bit. I don't think it's going to hold up. Very sketchy

Works well for what it is. We use this for various types of painting and it does accelerate cure time. However we got about 6 months out of it and then it stopped working. Started to diagnose it with a multimeter but then realized it's either bulbs, which for two is half the cost of a new one...or it's something else which would be less simple to replace...and my time involved...So go into this realizing it will last some period of time (in my case 6 months), then die. If your business/application can justify that, it's a good purchase.

I am a coatings professional. Powder liquid and ecoat. I use this little light to field cure or gel coatings. It’s hotter than I would have expected. And it goes a fantastic job. Quick and efficient

Very powerful and small, makes it easy to direct heat where you need it. Don’t understand why the didn’t incorporate a switch. Would have given 5 stars if they had a trigger switch in unit. To use it, plug it in and bam! Instant heat, just be careful where unit is sitting when you plug in, heat comes on in seconds after you plug it in

Dangerous!! Plugged into a 20Amp GFI outlet. Immediately the GFI shorts out and is now worthless.. No on and off switch. No UL. Ordered two both are junk.

I ordered Datouboss infared lamp because I had a painting project I needed to finish. When the unit arrived I have to say I was impressed with the quality of workmanship. There were two lamps enclosed in a sturdy case with a heavy cord and the bulbs protected by wire shield. I would have expected and on-off switch but there was none so plugging and unplugging the cord is your only option.I went to the effort of setting everything up and then plug in the lamp only to see one of the bulbs flash and burn out. On closer inspection it was apparent the bulb head been cracked in shipping.I contacted Amazon and send an email to the seller asking for a bulb replacement. The seller said he would send me to two replacement bulbs which I felt like was needed as the condition or longevity of the second bulb was now doubtful.Almost 2 weeks later a single bug arrived, not two bulbs as promised.Looking at the replacement bulb these are bulbs have attached wiring. Meaning to replace the single bulb I would have to dismantle the unit. If the second Bob has a problem then I'm back at square one. At this point I decided to return the unit as it was not worth my time to dismantle the unit install a single bug find it had a problem and go through the same thing again.So the end result is I had to make a trip to return the unit waited 2 weeks for curing lamp that I never got to use.
