Only really complaint I have are the strength in the hooks. They hold up great if you only need to move a band or 2 at a time. Anything above that starts to bend the hook right where the hook itself meets the stick part.Rest of this product is great with lots of pretty colors and selections! Kids have had a blast making bracelets for themselves and friends :)

This Loom Band elastic bracelet kit is pretty awesome! It has so many different colored elastics you can create a TON of different things. I got this set for my nieces birthday and she is beyond thrilled with it. It comes with beads, and clips, and a bunch of extras to make tassels or keychains. When my daughter was younger I used to love making these with her. I am so happy I was able to share this neat craft with her. She definitely has a nice stash of supplies to get her started. The elastics seemed like nice quality. The plastic case everything is stored in is a huge bonus.

I bought 3 of these these for a project my kids were doing and once these bands came in they are making bracelets, necklaces, rings, and ankle bracelets non stop. They have made some adorable items with it and people seeing them have asked them to make them some. My kids are happy and this is helping with their ADHD, as their hands are moving constantly with purpose. I will be buying more of these when my kids need more bands because they loved the variety of types of bands, the charms, beads, etc all in one carrying case. The price was right as well. I will be buying this again when my kids say they need more bands. Also once the product shipped I received a note from the vendor saying that they hoped we were happy with their product and if not to contact them right away so they could make it right. I believe they would! I have never had a company reach out like that to say if I had issues to let them know only that I won't be getting what I ordered, was a nice change of pace!! Awesome product and will be buying again when my kids say they need more of the bands, they won't want anything else anyway because they were so happy to get this kit :-) .

I got this for my daughter's 8th birthday, which was almost eight months ago now, and she still uses this constantly. There's such a huge variety to choose from. She's made everyone in our family bracelets, all of her friends, and even makes herself different ones to match the season or her outfits.And she still has a ton left!I have to say, the quality is pretty good for the amount and price. They do break but it hasn't been often. The metallic ones are her favorite!I recommend this for kids who really enjoy making loom band jewelry. And I would definitely purchase this again!!

This kit is amazing. It has so many different colored bands and some beads and charms for making bracelets and chokers. My girls (ages 9 and 7) were so excited to get it and have made stuff for all of their friends and family. They actually do it with their hands somehow, so they didn't need any kind of starter kit or tool. Must've learned how at school or on the bus. The kit was so full I actually had to empty half of it into a baggie for later on when they start to run out. That day probably will never come before a year. It was a great price and arrived promptly. Great buy for young kids who like this type of thing.

This is a 4.5 review, as much as we loved these bands, we do have some feedback.My daughter is 6-year-old and discovered these at a playdate. We have been having looming parties when her friends come over, or simply enjoying making bracelets for each other as a calming and bonding experience as a quiet night activity. We don't have any equipment (such as the pegs if you know what I am talking about) - simply our fingers and sometimes with pencils as pegs. Great for fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination.Pros.1. None of the elastics had break on us and we had used 1,000 to 2,000 as an estimate.2. Sturdy box that it comes from. Save lives for organization.3. Plenty of S-hooks and other beads and decoration items included.Cons.1. Color scheme - it does not have a true bright orange. It has two cells of light yellow, then one cell of yellow-orange and one cell of "gold" and that is all you are getting in this color group. In comparison, it has 3 cells of blue, and green each. 5 cells of pink/purple.2. Shapes - if you look at my pictures carefully, you can see a dent/seam on the bands, so that it's not a perfect round shape. This shows up in all of the bands, some more severe some less. Of course, to some extent, it will impact the end product. While the inner perfectionist tells me to notice them, most people won't notice if they received the end products as gifts. It might bother some people..Overall, get them if you like crafting. There might be better made bands out there for more serious "loomers" but for beginners or casual usage or even a birthday gift for a young girl, this will do just fine!
