Used for 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 8 speed trans, 2 speed (QuadraTrac II) transfer case and 3.6L gas engine. Symptoms were clicking solenoid noise, rough shifts out of reverse and from 1st to 2nd and intermittent "service 4 wheel drive system" warning light. Easy to install: slide driver seat forward; disconnect negative terminal on battery, pop up cover on floor under driver seat, unplug old and plug in new TCM Module; reverse steps.Seems to have corrected the issues completely.

Great seller, quick delivery and the product was excellent 👌Just replaced and took the car for a spin, so far so good, looks like the issue was fixed with the module

I just installed this module so time will tell. I had an intermittent problem with the service 4 wheel drive along with a clicking sound when shifting into gear.so I decided to gamble and install this before going to the stealership. So far so good. It was a breeze to install about 5 minutes and I haven’t had any problems. So fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I bought this replacement part based on the reviews I’ve read and it worked instantly!!! I had a mechanic check it out, thought it was the transfer case, but that was ok, then talked about the transfer case control module, said it was a $1000 part!….. Amazon…$75 and 10 min of easy work… back to normal🤘

Can’t get this part at a parts store. They don’t even have a part number. Got the part number from the dealership who wanted $700 for the part and $1300 for the labor. Works perfectly fine. Took 7 minutes to put in from battery disconnect to part in to battery reconnect.

The local repair shop spent over a month in the shop between installing several new modules and programming them. All resulting in an error of 4 wheel drive service upon startup or another driving the jeep at 75mph. This came preprogrammed and would flawlessly. I can now see why so many people are unable to resolve this very isssue…..THANK YOU!!!!

I'm usually an OEM buyer of parts like this, but figured I would take a shot at this working to fix our issue. 2014 Grand Cherokee with code U010200 and traction control light on for loss of communication with transfer case control module. Went looking online and seeing various prices from as cheap as $90 to OEM being $500 or more in some places and certain suppliers. Saw this come across amazon, and had good reviews (I think 24 reviews at the time with well over 4 stars) so I figured what the heck, if it doesn't work or is the wrong part, I'll return it with prime. Well, I was reading the description and noticed it even had the part number of the unit it is designed to replace, so I confirmed with what was already in the car and sure enough, it was meant to replace my failed module. Received it, moved some seats around to get access to the battery and control module (passenger seat all the way up and forward, driver seat all the way up and backward) and disconnected the battery, then unhooked the 2 harnesses and replaced the module, reconnected the battery, put the seats back into position and was done within 5 minutes. Started it up and at first, my light was still on and was thinking great, I just wasted 5 minutes, but the transfer case clicked into place, then immediately the traction control light went out and took it for a drive and it drives great, better than before (assuming the module was failing before the day it decided to retire). Well worth the price for non OEM, arrived the day after ordering and my wife was back on the road.

I installed it two weeks ago and my car is working perfectly again. The strange noise disappeared when I was reversing or driving at low speed, I can also activate my 4wd low again. He despised the light on the 4wd dashboard needs service and the front tires no longer stick to the street at low speed. It is very easy to install. Thank you!!!!
