It's a spool, so there's not a whole lot to it, but for the price, I expected some machining blemishes, but it didn't have any. Gears and bearings fit up just fine and set up great. Not any significant runout on the carrier either.

These are cheap enough that there’s no reason to weld a stock carrier. Gears set up just fine. I’d buy again
