Every time you need it to work, it is not in the right position, and if you strap it tight enough to mitigate the movement, it blocks your circulation, bad design in ergonomics aspects.

I like ice skating but am not a master and sometimes have a little (or sometimes big) fall on the ice.I weigh in at 260 pounds and am over 50, so a spill can cause some pain. Having skated for years, my natural instinct is to throw my elbows back. This keeps the head from hitting and also reduces impact on the back side, but unfortunately the elbows take a beating.These elbow pads are perfect for this activity. They are small enough that they can be worn "concealed" under a long sleeve shirt, sweater, or coat. They are comfortable and stay in place. Most importantly, they pad that bone on the tip of your elbow and prevent it from hitting the ice.
