Sizes are way too small. I wear a medium men’s glove and I had to return large as it was way too tight. They also charge more for an extra large even when the sizes are wrong! No free shipping either!

Unless you are a pro, you MUST wear some type of wrist protection. I’m really comfortable on a surfboard and skateboard, so figured my first snowboarding day should be a breeze. But I got these just in case. I’m not exaggerating when I say I would have SNAPPED MY WRISTS like PRETZEL STICKS if it wasn’t for these wrist guards. Even a minor fall on hard packed ice will absolutely break your wrists. These bought me total peace of mind knowing I could beef it and not end up with 2 casts. I took some HARD falls and these totally held up and protected both of my wrists. Very low profile and fit comfortably as described according to dimensions. $20 vs hundreds of dollars in the ER. BUY THESE NOW

Wow, these are the real deal. Great warmth and insulated for cold. Use these for euc riding , they feel good on and wrap around the wrist nicely. For cold weather sports these are the best hand/wrist protection gloves I've seen. It's been a cold winter, these keep me going. Thanks & Cheers

My friend convinced me to wear wrist guard again, cuz you just cant trust other people on the mtn doing something stupid (oh Jerry...). But these are great and less bulky than regular ones since the hard piece is on one side.

Je fais du "M" en gants malpa... J'ai pris XL pour prévoir large et pouvoir enfiler mes gants d'hiver. Il épouse parfaitement ma main malgré 2 tailles au-dessus. Impossible d'enfiler mes gants. Cela étant, ils restent confortables mains nues.

I use this for snowboarding and fits great! Does what it's supposed to. Make sure you size up on your mittens/gloves though if you're trying to wear these underneath

There are only so many options out there for proper snowboarding wrist guards with Dakine and Burton being the main two--I have tried them both. Dakine's are far superior and cheaper. I wear these every time I ride since it's easy to slip to your back wrist when riding down steep and icy slopes or while getting extra surfy and far back on the board.I've been knocked around while wearing these and gone down on the wrists but have felt protected each time. When I was forced to buy and wear the Burton guards in Park City after losing one of my Dakine, I immediately realized how unsubstantial and lacking the Burton brand's are; they offer little to no protection, are extremely soft and short, and when I came down on my wrist I felt pain that I would not have felt if I were wearing Dakine. So I made sure to order another pair of Dakine after that trip.I wear a size small (note I'm a 5'1" woman with small but muscular wrists), the neoprene around the wrist can feel tight but will slightly stretch out over time to be more comfortable. I knocked a star since the thumb hole is the tightest area and it can cause irritation around the crease of the thumb after wearing all day. You'll also need to wash these every so often as the neoprene material makes you sweat around the wrist and yes they will smell :)

I went with the advice of the other reviews and bought a size up. I'm glad I did. The advertised measurement says I wear a medium. But I bought the large size and it is very tight fitting. Can't imagine how tight it would have be if I bought a medium. Overall, the wrist guard is comfortable and easy to put on since it has one strap. Recommended. Just buy a size up

Broke my wrist twice in a year and was looking for something that would fit under a ski glove, but also offer enough protection for soccer spills. This hit both marks perfectly. Fit great under my Gordini gloves with no issues. I've taken over a dozen tumbles in soccer thus far an this thing has taken the abuse with zero reinjury to my wrist. I can throw in a ball no issue, zero interference from the brace. Only thing I did was reroute the strap to be a cinch strap wrap instead of just a wrap. If you want a low-profile brace that offers rigid protection this is it.

I snowboard poorly and have prior wrist injury, so wrist protection is a must for me. Prior to having these I had to opt for summer sports wrist protection under large size snow gloves, was very not comfy. Got these and they are amazing! They are made of super sturdy rubberey-coated material that won't fall apart quickly, unlike 3 pairstof gloves that each lasted me 1 season. The wrist guards are hidden in pockets and can be removed for washing or when you wanna use the gloves for non sport activities, like winter hiking and whatnot.Guards definitely work, I fall alot and this weekend was very icey, I kept falling on that one icy spot, one time fell to the point where my knees got bruised through knee pads, would probably be some major injury w/o them and no issues with wrists regardless of how the fall went. Amazing!I wear size 7 gloves in Women sizes and S in Dakine (grey + teal color option) fit great: snug around wist and comfy perfect length in fingers. There is additional strap that secures wrist guards to where they belong.Putting these on and taking them off is pretty easy. They do look bit bulky but not horribly so.They were warm enough for -10C/13F. Would probably need glove liners if it walls below that. All and all highly recommend and quality gloves. And definitely wear protection not just for wrists, but for you knees, head and butt! Stay safe!
