I purchased this for my Daisy 880 pellet gun. It is mostly all plastic except the rings and screws are metal. It was easy to sight in at 20 yards and shoots a 1/4 group using pellets.Tip for sighting in.... set up your target about 50 feet away. Aim at bullseye and shoot. Now hold your gun as steady as possible while still aiming at bullseye... I suggest using a gunvise or sandbags on a picnic table for this. Look thru the scope and adjust the turrets and "watch" the crosshair move from the bullseye on your target to your 1st shot impact on the target.

Easy to mount given good lighting. Easy to sight in at 30 yards quickly to close enough for time taken. When more time is available I will increase range and refine. Good value for the money.

This was a very pleasant surprise. I picked up a cheapo break barrel to wage war on the evil squirrel forces at the lake hehe. It seems to hold zero just fine, for my old eyes, was a game changer. Good buy if you're not looking to go broke. 🤪

I opened the box, came with no front lens cap, I thought, no biggie, I could just find something else. I put it on the rifle, the lens looked very good, but I noticed it kept bobbing up and down. I went to go zero it in and the top of it was missing, so the scope is practically useless, I will return this and see if I can get a replacement or just get a rod dot instead.

This thing works great, if you get it setup correctly! Here are some tips, tricks, suggestions, recommendations, etc. that I have found that made this scope really work for me!These tips worked great when mounting it onto my Daisy 880 air rifle, but they should apply to other rifles as well! I recommend doing a Google search for 'model 808 air rifle scope manual PDF' and pulling up the file from the Daisy website to know what parts of the scope I am talking about below, in case you aren't familiar with them.1. One of the most common complaints about this scope is getting it focused based on your eyesight. I learned this tip from watching a YouTube video, which I didn't realize that you had to unscrew the eyepiece so far out in order to get it focused in! First, mount the scope onto your rifle. Next, turn the eyepiece locking ring to the right to unlock the eyepiece, and then turn the eyepiece to the left as if you were backing out a screw. Keep turning it left until you start to see the threads. Keep backing out the eyepiece until you see a lens retaining screw exposed at the top of the scope. The eyepiece will seem a bit wobbly as if it is close to falling off, but the eyepiece locking ring will stabilize it once you lock it down. I remember thinking, surely this can't be right, unscrewing the eyepiece this far back to where I can see the threads and even the eyeglass retaining screw on the top, but this is what I had to do on four different scopes, in order to focus them for my eyes. It seems like on my scopes, I needed to have the eyepiece a few threads/'rings' back from even the eyeglass retaining screw to make it clear for me. Once you get it adjusted for your eyesight, be sure to lock the eyepiece with the eyepiece locking ring.2. Once you have the scope in focus, do the following to get the best 'full picture/full view' from your scope. Bring the rifle up to your shoulder and move your head closer to the eyepiece and further away. You should notice that the closer your eye is to the eyepiece, the 'fuller' the picture is. If you move your head further away from the eyepiece, the smaller the picture is of what you are looking at through the scope. There is what appears to be black around what you are targeting and the visible circle seems smaller. This is why I recommend mounting the scope as far back on the gun as possible and closer to your eye as you can, so that when you throw the gun up to your shoulder, you have a bigger, fuller view of what you are aiming at!3. Do a Google search for 'midway USA rifle target PDF free download', and download the free targets and print them off on your printer. Setup your targets in a safe location, and find a bench or someplace where you can rest your gun to stabilize it. If your sights are moving around when you are aiming, then you aren't properly anchored down, and you can't fully trust your sighting. Don't go any further until you have a good steady place to aim from! Match up your scope crosshairs with that of the target's bullseye and see where you hit it at. Take off the windage and elevation caps and use either a dime or a screwdriver to adjust the windage and/or the elevation. Just think about the windage and elevation adjustments as screws (which they are!), so if you turn them to the right, it is basically screwing in the screw, and turning them to the left is like taking out the screw. Turning the elevation screw on the top to the right brings down your shot, and turning it to the left raises your shot. Turning the windage screw to the right moves your aim more to the left, and turning the windage screw to the left moves the aim more to the right.A few miscellaneous tips to also consider are: use pellets rather than BB's for better accuracy, and pick a particular pellet brand, grain size, and type (either pointed, flat head, hollow point, etc.) and stick with that for the best consistency in your shots! You might try a few different kinds until you find a pellet that best works for you.It is really satisfying to see a hole appear on your target, exactly where you were actually aiming! Happy shooting!

It's a nice little scope. At $20 it would be worth it. I basically bought this because the nearly identical 4x20 $20 dollar scope wasn't available and I'm a sucker for branding. For an addition $30 I got a Daisy logo and a slightly more difficult sight picture to work with.I'm still satisfied, just fyi, there are better options for cheaper. This is the same quality as the cheaper non-branded sight. Same parts down to the lens'.

It took time to mount the scope as one of the mounting brackets was not properly made. Finally got it on but scope is slightly out of line with the barrel.

Scope arrived in original packaging, but was scratched from one end to the other. Mountain was easy enough, but was crooked, and almost impossible to sight in. Sitting in was another challenge. No matter the adjustment, the rifle would shoot in the exact same spot, every shot, and not where the scope was aimed. Very disappointed in the damaged product, as well as functionality. I expected more from a company that has been around for so many years.

This airgun scope has a small 15mm diameter. It's what you'd expect at this price, and that means you must move your head to a very specific position to see an image - otherwise, you see nothing. If you keep your head back the image will be tiny and more difficult to acquire. Once you figure out the right position for viewing the scope is easy to use. Light transmission seems low, so shooting towards dusk gets a bit difficult as the image gets too dim to discern details. There's no obvious manufacturing defects; it mounts as it should on a 3/8 inch airgun mount (not a weaver rail as is common on firearms) and can be sighted in with a flatblade screwdriver. Overall it's just right for a budget air rifle. If you've got something more expensive, I'd suggest a better scope.
