I've heard great things about these brushes, but I am not so sure about this one. It was shipped to me loose in the box with some other items, and no measures were taken to protect it at all. Other professional-grade brushes ship with plastic casing to protect bristles, and gelatin sizing to hold shape. Well, there was no casing and no evidence of sizing holding the bristles together. All I can conclude from this is that the people at Di Vinci either don't care about their product, or they sent me one that has been very well-used. In either case, the bristles were broken and mangled. It doesn't hold a point.Its worthless to me, but maybe the kids will like it for their crayola watercolors.
