The best strings I have found for my baritone guitalele (islander gl6).

Se tocan con suavidad y suenan muy bien. Si duran, estaré encantado con las cuerdas.

Had a couple of other branded strings "high a", string 1, snap on my Kanilea Islander Guilele. Gave these a try and they work nicely. Requinto guitars and guileles are tuned the same so gave these strings a try. They sound good, though they take a couple of days with lots of retuning to hold their tune.

I play guitalele and I collect miniature instruments. I came accross the requinto on Google and didn't even know that it existed. It is tuned the same as the guitalele with the same number of strings. In other words, I could play it and didn't even know it existed.I have a cheap (less than $100) 1/2 size classical guitar. I replaced the tuning hardware in the headstock ($14 and 6 screws). With these strings on this guitar, it is now a whole new instrument. It plays like my guitalele but is far easier on my hands. The tension is spectacular and the sound is super bright, but the bass strings still manage to really resonate. My 1/2 size is now a requinto and I have no intention of ever going back. Probably the best strings I have purchased in a long time

Quality nylon string set much lighter than cordoba mini key of A strings. Sealed in plastic which is a plus since they were almost 2 years old by the time I decided to use them.No ball ends! Just strings. So I retained the tiny metal cylinders from existing cordoba strings as I removed them. Dramatically narrower gage strings all around. Tune well to ADGCEA and have a mellow tone. Perhaps sl less full then the cordoba A strings I removed. Then I fished strings through hole first and pulled end out of sound hole with long plier then attached salvaged ball ends. This will be too difficult for some people.I think I bought them because they were a little cheaper than the Cordoba-A strings. Checking now the Requintos are slightly more expensive.Bottom line. Good product. Smaller gauge than Cordoba mini strings. No ball ends. Decent sound.I'll go back to Cordoba-A strings next time. Less work and I like the thicker gauge.

I got these for my guitalele (guitarlele) which I tune up to A. These work great, right size and tension. If you're looking for quality guitarlele strings that are also affordable, these will do the job.

Using the D'Addario EJ94 Requinto strings on a Cordoba Mini guitalele. It sounds really good. The scale length of the Cordaba Mini is 20". The Requinto scale length is 21.3", making the strings somewhat lower tension on the Cordoba Mini. I like normal tension and found that it is much easier to play with the D'Addario EJ94 Requinto strings than with classical guitar strings. I bought the string set on Amazon, although String by Mail offers a better price.

Honestly the strings are not good. They sound good but I had them for two weeks and the bottom string popped. If you have a requinto and want to buy this strings don’t even bother.

These strings are very nice and easy on the fingers. They feel soft and sound very good on my Requinto. I am happy with these strings.
