I waited a bit to fully decide how I felt about this dog water bowl. I have two Labrador retrievers and two cats that have multiple water sources and they all share them. This is for the main water bowl that is used 90 percent of the time and is located in the kitchen. What I expected was less refills and easier cleaning. I was also very HOPEFUL (not expected) that maybe we would have less dribble around the bowl.Expected less refills and easier refill- NOT at all. By size this was bigger than I had, think it said 9 L but its not even listed as such on the box. My only guess is they calculate what's in the bowl also, IDK but turned out to be exact same size I had. Refilling is easier in the since that the bottle has the one way value and it doesn't shoot water out when you go to flip it. That is the ONLY plus to this I have.Expected easier cleaning- WAY WRONG! First, you can not remove the metal tray without spilling the water into the holder. Turns out this isn't an issue because water is ALREADY under the tray anyways. This is beyond gross, seems to be mostly the slim slobbers and if you don't clean it often I imagine would be a bacteria pool. Cleaning the entire set up is a must every time you fill it. It is just GROSS. Also, I have an issue putting the bottle in. Should be easy and not having water shoot out is a big plus but the bottle is still heavy and awkward so its almost like you have to drop it in.I also got the riser. It is not very sturdy. It has reduced water dribbles a little. It was not easy to set up. It was to be cleaned every time also which is yet another part to clean.

All previous issues found below were resolved with minor tweaks to the assembly. I believe this was mainly a user error. Very happy with it now. If I had more dogs, I would buy another.Great product. It works like it should. Plenty of water for my two large dogs to go a week at a time between fill-ups for the 9L. The jug slightly leaks when you fill it up and go to insert it. But once it is in properly, it works perfectly.

This was a great replacement for my old automatic waterer. I love the stainless steel. Its very easy to clean and the water tank holds a generous amount. My cats are afraid of the water machines with a pump so this is completely silent and easy to maintain.

I wanted to replace my dog’s current water bowl and when I saw this one on Amazon I had to buy it. It looks so modern and I love the bright white color, it looks so clean and is nice to look at. I got the 4 liter as my dog is small, and it holds a lot of water. I love that the stainless steel tray just sits in the base so you can just remove the tray for quick washing instead of taking apart the whole thing to wash everyday. Only the stainless steel tray is dishwasher safe so the rest of the parts have to be washed by hand. Water dispenses smoothly and is easy to use. 5/5 stars!

Love this water feeder. It is very easy to clean, fill, and put back together. It is also stylish and sturdy. This quality is very nice and would recommend it. I have four animals and bought their largest one and fill it once a week.

Es un desastre instalarlo, es imposible no mojar todo el suelo. Cada vez que cambias el agua, se tiene que lavar todo el garrafón, Y MÁS IMPORTANTE: SÚPER ANTIHIGIÉNICO! En la tapa del garrafón se llena de bacterias, por lo que, aunque cambies el agua del garrafón, seguirá saliendo sucia ya que la tapa es imposible de limpiar. NO RECOMENDABLE.

The CZPET Automatic Cat Water Dispenser has been a great addition to keeping my pets hydrated. The 4L capacity is perfect – I don’t have to refill it constantly, which is super convenient for busy days. The stainless steel bowl is a great touch for hygiene and easy cleaning.My cats took to it right away, and the gravity-fed system works well to keep water flowing smoothly. It’s quiet and doesn’t take up too much space, which is a plus.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the water flow can be a bit inconsistent when the tank starts getting low. This is the best pet water dish I've owned. I have a 1 year old Labradoodle and a cat, the water lasts them a few days at a time before refilling (7L). It's extremely easy to assemble and fill with water. I've read a few reviews regarding the plastic not staying in place but it does snap in, you just have to push in the sides a bit (I've lifted the entire thing by the plastic while it's full of water and it doesn't come off, it's very secure). The metal dish is easily removable and simple to clean. My previous water dishes only had the plastic bowl for drinking out of, I found buildup was alot harder to remove, with this it cleans right off and it's more sanitary. Another great feature is the fact you can fill the bottle itself and bring it over to your water dish. No more carrying the entire dish over to your sink to screw on the bottom and spilling water when you flip it over. The cap for the bottle makes it completely spill proof even when flipped upside down (unless you push down on the cap). I can also appreciate the cleaning brush it comes with and it's great looking aesthetic. Pup and cat approved!
