My piece came warped from cutting it too hot and/or dull, and it's 0.15mm over 2mm (it's 2.15mm). Seven percent isn't okay. And it's 6Al-4V so it's a real big pain to correct. If I hadn't already spent time straightening it (you need a press) and deburring it to measure it, I would have sent it back. It's gonna cost me more in abrasives to correct this than the piece cost. And I don't want to order another, because I have no reason to believe it will be in spec. Two thumbs down.
