This package is a nice variety of sized practice cymbals. The cymbals are sturdy and hold up well to pounding. This is a great choice for learning and practicing at a budget price.

Always wanted to try out these muted cymbals, so glad these came up. They arrived in perfect condition and were all perfectly shaped (no bends, no warps, no distortion). The sizes were spot on and installed like any other cymbal. They are very tinny sounding, don’t know if that is just part of the muting or if it is the cheaper metal that is used. It's not for concert play, so doesn't bother me, but wanted to mention it incase it is a concern to anyone.Overall though, they are working great and have reduced noise by a major factor.

I got these cymbals to add to my percussion ensemble. I like they are nice and quiet for use in my home studio. I especially like the ride cymbal. It has just the sound I was looking for, mellow yet clear. I also like the silver color, it's a nice change from the usual brass.

I picked up this low-volume cymbal set to reduce noise while practicing. I could not be happier. The 14” hi-hats, 16” & 18” crashes, and 20” ride all have a natural feel and response, just at a much lower volume. They’re perfect for quiet practice, even late-night sessions.

What a game changer! I can now practice at full force without driving my wife crazy. They sound really good, which I was pleasantly surprised with. Throw practice pads on your drums and mount these low volume cymbals and play away!

I already own a high-end set of quiet cymbals, so I had a good baseline for comparison when I tried these. While these cymbals have a noticeably "tinny" sound compared to my premium set, they are also a fraction of the price. For the cost, they're not bad at all. I primarily play jazz and blues, and I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet they sound with brushes. Even with felt-tipped drumsticks, the tone is decent. If I were on a tight budget or needed a set for practice and wasn't concerned about absolute tonal perfection, I would absolutely use these. They're great for building endurance, developing tolerance, and honing precision timing. It's important to remember, though, that while these are "quiet" cymbals, they still produce sound – about 15-20 decibels quieter than standard cymbals. If you live in an apartment with thin walls or have close neighbors, an electric drum set (like those from Roland) might be a better option to avoid noise complaints. But for practice in a less sensitive environment, these cymbals are a solid choice. If you have a child and need replacements or need cymbals, I would not hesitate with these till they get better.
