This is a great tool. It's a tad oversize of course to put a little pressure in the bore. It worked great for my project

I hesitated buying this because I didn't think it would really do much on some aluminum sleeves I make but I gave it a try and was surprised how fast it can actually remove material. I had been putting the sleeves in my lathe to sand them for a custom fit but ot any more. A few seconds is all it takes with this hone.
